Great washing machine which is replacing the LG I bought 10 years ago. The new one is almost the same size and fits on the platform I bought 10 years ago. The new machine has some great new features such as telling you when to run a tub wash cycle.

I am very pleased with my LG washing machine. I love the many features and would recommend to anyone purchasing a washing machine.

Works very well, compared to other washers. I like that you can add 3 extra rinse cycles, because my biggest complaint about frontloaders is that they don't use enough water to get the detergent out. This one has a lot of cycle customization options. With TurboWash 360 mode, it sprays the clothes from the front while rotating, and you can see it really does get the clothes wet, soapy, and well-agitated. It works well. The only issue is we had to exchange the first one, because it had a dislodged filter chamber, but the second one is fine.

New washer bought in combination with dryer were put to use right away. Very easy to use, options for wash cycle should cover everything you need to clean.

The controls are well designed and easy to use. Even when machine is powered off the choices are easy to read. Also my sheets are less tangled than in my old machine. And it is a good value.

Washer has so far performed acceptably. The good news is that it *can* be operated satisfactorily, but in a less than full option mode - unless one opts to hook up to an internet connection (I’m avoiding that, just in case the power company somehow gains remote control to limit its use during peak hours). While “steam” is mentioned as a feature, mention of its use in the tub cleaning cycle is all that is mentioned in both the paper and online manual, so it is of limited use without further explanation. Custom cycles are also promised for “app” users, which I have also declined. Would have much preferred a “non-connected” washer at a reduced price. Proper washer operation is complicated, so plan to spend several hours reviewing the incomplete manual, and multiple loads to play with the many variable setting options. It will eventually become more clear, but the learning curve is pretty steep. Or just use the default “normal” setting for everything. All this complexity is likely to result in expensive future repair bills - if it is indeed repairable vs disposable. But it definitely does a better job than the S@msung it replaced.

It’s been great! Cleans the loads really well and doesn’t use a lot of water.

I’m getting used to it and learning some things. Best Buy sales told me several things that I needed to know and am using them. Also tech installer told me about the way I should use the washer. Thanks for all the info.

Great washer. We replaced a similar Samsung that failed after two years. This occurred twice with Samsung. My daughter suggested we try LG as she has had great success

Great washer so far, clothes come out fresh and the app is nice to let you know when the cycle is complete. It did take quite a few tries to pair the washer in the app.

Cleans clothes beautifully. Love the many choices of cycles. Easy to clean the unit.

We have had it for only two months and really like it. It washes clothes super fast and with very little soap. We usually use the AI setting that detects the size of the wash load and adjusts itself. A typical wash is under 1/2 hour. It also does a great job at spinning the clothes so our dryer works less hard and for shorter times. It’s a little annoying to dry the seal and leave the door open when we are done using it but we don’t want any mold/mildew issues. So far so good.

This is my first front load washer. The washer is easy to use and cleans clothes gently, but very well. I also like the LG ThinQ link that allows me to monitor the cycles and know when the washer is done.

This has got to be my favorite washer I've had. It's quiet, efficient, lots of features to clean my clothes and it looks great. Install was easy and it's been working amazingly since. Highly recommended.

This washer is perfect… many options for different kinds and sizes of loads.. does a great job with delicates as well as bedding..quiet and beautiful to boot.
