Excellent washer I am very glad and happy to buy this product

Product is good so far. Best Buy is just awful. Missed first delivery without even calling. Second deliver my showed up without the parts to complete install. Everyone was clueless. Even if you have to pay a little more, go somewhere else. Ended up getting the extra parts and installing myself.

Broke multiple times in 6 months time. LG sent technicians to repair it twice and the vibration sensor error continues to break the spin cycle. Technician gave up the third time and asked LG to resolve it. LG is adamant on repairing it again. Such a terrible experience and I will never buy an LG product.

The delivery guys did not know how to install. After multiple bad reviews, we got a call and to do another group to install the washer. They showed so busy, did not run. Single cycle, when i called the geek squad team just blew me away saying delivery guys on vacation

I bought the matching dryer and pedestals. I will have a new washing machine coming that makes 2. They are also bringing a new dryer the first one broke first use. The second was damaged during installation. That makes 3! All this in two weeks with poor Best Buy support, sad eh! These are supposed to be the best top of the line LG units that are replacing my old ones bought at our local Best Buy twelve years ago!?!

I've only had my unit for a month but so far so good. Easy to use, had zero issues so far. And we installed it ourselves. Best Buy was unsure about it fitting down my basement stairs so we opted to do it ourselves. Fit fine and no damage. The design is beautiful, the dial control is easy to use, and I don't have 25 different settings to figure out. My clothes come out clean and I love it. Runs quiet and I get notifications on my phone to move the laundry to the dryer. Overall liking it very much.

I Love my washer, HaHa even my husband can use it. This washer is so quiet that sometimes I have to check to make sure that I had turned it on. The only thing that I miss that I had on my old washer was an extra rinse and spin for the cycles. I did not purchase the stand due to the space that I was working with, I feel that since I have the washer set up it is not too low. Glad I made that decision. It has lots of cycles to choose from. I will give the washer five stars and then some. I would recommend this purchase.

Outstanding unit! I initially purchased a top-loader and quickly realized it was a mistake. Best Buy took it back without any issues, and the salesperson introduced me to the LG - 4.5 cu ft washer. He explained all the details, and we decided to buy it. After one month of use, I can say this washer is everything we needed and more. Great washer! Easy to use, very quiet, and with lots of room for bulky items, it gets clothes clean in half the time compared to my old washer. It has a large capacity, is whisper-quiet, and highly efficient. The clothes come out super clean every time. I also love all the features and things you can manage through the app. It’s connected to my Alexa, and I am a fan of the jingles that play when the load is finished. I am extremely happy with this purchase! 10/10 would recommend. I know I will have this for several years to come and would even recommend it to my mother. I want to give a special thanks to the Best Buy salesperson. I am happy to give him 10 stars for his outstanding recommendation and service.

I’m genuinely amazed by my new LG Front Load Washer with Steam and 360° Wash — it has completely changed how I do laundry. Clothes come out spotless, fresh, and almost dry thanks to the powerful spin cycle. The steam feature makes a big difference for deep cleaning and removing odors, and the 360° wash motion ensures every load, big or small, gets the same perfect result. It’s also incredibly quiet and sleek — I actually enjoy doing laundry now!

It’s amazing how much technology is packed into a clothes washing machine in 2024. This LG front loading washer checks all the boxes. It’s smart and beautifully engineered. It gets more clothes cleaner with less water. And we use half the amount of detergent that we used to use. It’s quiet. It hums softly. It fits in our narrow, laundry room, where many of the other front loaders would take up an extra few inches in depth. I would buy it again. One surprise was that quite a few optional cycles do not display by default on the control knob. For example, rinse and spin is not displayed as it default cycle. But you can add them from the menu system. I guess LG didn’t want to clutter the user selections with too many options that might be infrequently used. But once I added all the cycles to the default list, we solved that issue.

This washer performs very well. It is quiet and a normal load on cold takes only 30 minutes to complete. There are multiple settings to choose from and you can program your favorite setting to default each time you wash clothes. It is very easy to choose other options.

Have only had it for a couple of weeks, but it is easy to use, quiet, and gets the job done. It is also very well designed and is aesthetically pleasing.

I was looking for a front-load washer that was efficient, modern, and highly effective washing a variety of items - and I found it with this LG. A truly outstanding washing machine that uses much less water and detergent that our previous machine, while leaving items really clean (even those with stains). The kicker, though, was the great price BestBuy was offering it for during the holidays. I saved over $800! I am super-happy with this purchase!

I LOVE my LG top loader!! But this home only allows for a front loader, 3 weeks in and no issues! Its so quiet when the sounds are off, love that! Cleaning well & sensing the load level.
