I needed a new washer after my old one's drive shaft bent. I was apprehensive about getting one with so many bells and whistles, but two different repair guys recommended this brand, so I went with it. My laundry time has been cut in half. I am still using the same crappy old dryer I have had for like 20 years, but because the clothes are almost dry before going in, it makes quick work of it. So far, I am very happy. If you're not used to using the LG app to control LG products, you might have a learning curve. I have several, so it was no problem for me.

The LG washer runs so quiet ( make sure it’s not over loaded) and is the best washer I’ve ever owned . Clothes come out so clean and virtually dry after the spin cycle making drying time quick in the LG dryer

This washer is awesome! Not only does it have a sleek and modern look, the there is every option for any size load and soil level. It's great for small loads, but is ample enough for a bulky bedding and blankets. Highly recommend!

Purchased the washer and the dryer with the pedestal's, cost a bit more but were well worth it. The washer is very easy to use and is fairly straightforward. The AI settings are very useful. Our washing time is less than the previous LG WASHER we had and uses less materials (laundry soap and fabric softener. All in all I’m very happy, pleased and satisfied with my choice. I just hope that they are as reliable and problem free as my previous LG products.

This LG washer has been really easy to use, and our laundry comes out very clean! We haven't connected it with the app yet, as that will give us more options, but plan to do that in the future. We love the color and it seems to be a very high quality product!

I'm impressed with the various wash cycles but even more with how efficient this machine is with water and electricity. Shortest wash times and super clean clothes!

At first I was totally against getting a front load washer because I'd heard horror stories from other people and I've always only ever had top load washers. I went with this LG smart front load washer after looking for a week and comparing it to comparable models/price points. I was nervous about having leaking or other issues, but so far it's been great. We've had it for about a month now and love it. I like the different choices for cycles and love how quickly my clothes are washed and they come out smelling clean, in spite of using less detergent than I'm used to. We were replacing a 10 year old top-load Samsung washer that stopped spinning and would leave our laundry sopping wet. Needless to say, this is a huge improvement!

I had it delivered on 5/27 and didn't install it until the next day since I still had the old one installed. Installation was easy and since I did it by myself, I appreciated the recessed grip handles on the sides that are about 13 inches from the bottom. As I've only had this for about two weeks, I've only run 3 loads so far. The controls are easy to use (I haven't tried the smartphone app). It runs quietly except the detergent compartment seems to amplify the sound whenever water is being dispensed. The first time I heard it, I thought maybe water was rushing out of the appliance and had to check that there wasn't water on the floor. The gasket is easy to wipe dry and doesn't pool a significant amount of water (my old washer's gasket could hold quite a bit). With such limited use, I can't comment on the "AI" cycle or reliability. I don't have previous experience with LG appliances.

Had these machines for about a month now, and I have had no issues. They look great and function great. Easy to use also.

Highly recommend to purchase this washer and dryer. The tank is really big consider if you have a big family. 2-3 kids and more

I like this washer as a simple but capable beast. The tub is large, the controls are intuitive, and the look is modern. Theres not much to say, I put my clothes ad detergent in, and they come out clean. However, I am biased because I got this unit for $600 on sale.

I love this washer. It is easy to use, quiet during operation and you can customize the temp/spin cycle and timing if you want something other than the pre-programed options.
