This is the first washing machine I've owned after renting for a bunch of years. I wanted something that I could easily wash my duvet or sleeping bags—they are down-filled and require a machine without an agitator. I also knew I didn't want a front-loader. After reading about this LG, I decided to pull the trigger. I appreciate how clean my laundry gets, and it's fast and quiet. It's also high-efficiency which I know is nothing fancy these days, but I gotta have clean clothes, and I'm excited to own something that operates with less water/power. The machine is also very simple to use—I didn't particularly look for that, but it's worth mentioning. Additionally, free delivery was available from Best Buy within just a couple of days, and the delivery folks were great. I'm impressed.

I have the fancy version and I never use most of the settings. I bought this set for my new place. It has everything I need. It’s quiet and looks good. Does a great job. Huge barrel.

Purchased with free installation. Delivered precisely on time. Before unpacking the delivery gentlemen check the first pathway to basement. After checking compatibility of pathway and hook up equipment, promptly deliver and installed the washer. The washer is very easy to go, quite doing great job. Looks very attractive outside and inside. Everything as advertised. Great product for the money.

I've only washed a few loads, but so far everything is clean, and that's the point. The tub is very deep and I may end up getting a small step to be able to reach the bottom easier, I'm 5'3". My very old washer had separate temp settings for the wash and the rinse. This just has hot warm cold that apply to the entire wash.

Very easy functionality. Plenty of settings. Very spacious inside considering the overall size of the washer.

It was very easy to use from the first load.The only issue is that it is almost to deep to try and remove clothes from.

I my favorite feature is no agitator! You can wash your bulky bedding so easy!

Washer has a large capacity. So far it has washed my mixed load of clothes with no issues. Laundry room looks nice with paired dryer.

Had to get use to it not use as much water we thought it wasn't working right until we checked the book. Clothes comes out clean. I would recommend this washer!

Had issues with a previous washer and had to buy one quickly. This one works great. Don’t need all the hi-tech bluetooth. Just simple and gets the job done.

The washer and dryer are super simple to use and the washer washes clothes super well and I love the hamper door on the dryer! Definitely recommend :)
