I like all unique features of my washer however it did throw a code when I tried to wash one blanket which I easily fixed by looking what the code was which displayed as uneven or not distributed wait so I move the blanket around in the code cleared and finished washing. It wash some clothes that had sand on it and the sand did not fully flush out.

I was so excited to have the agitator that I did not pay attention to a couple of settings that are missing. For example, there is no Permanent Press setting. (And Turbo Wash for Normal Wash?? )There is a setting for Delicates or Normal, but no in between setting for Permanent Press. I miss my old machine. ;( I do like the setting for Bedding which allows for Bulky items.

Versatile, easy to use settings offering clean, sweet smelling clothes! You can control everything from how much agitation to how long the wash cycle runs. You can even add softener beforehand. No complaints and Best Buy offered a terrific, pain-free installation.

I was skeptical at first because of my he smart features but so far it has made things easier and the best part is if something goes wrong and a code comes up all I have to do is open the app and it tells me what to do to fix the problem such as (turn control lock off or load uneven).

Been waiting over a month for the hook up I paid for. Guy that delivered it did not hook it up. Made multiple calls and they just told me to dispute the charge instead of scheduling someone to come back and hook it up???????????????????
