Purchased this LG washer to replace my 18 year old Kenmore which still worked and only had one service call, but the dryer quit which never had a service call. So decided to purchased both washer and dryer. It has been quite a learning experience with all the new changes on the new products but loving the washer.

Thank goodness we found a new washer that has an optional setting “deep wash” that will actually add enough water to get the clothes wet!! I’ve been buying used washing machines for years because of all the “green” limitations in new machines.

does large loads easily and you can pause at any time to add or adjust clothes. no problems so far.

I give it a 4 star because the soap dispenser does not empty well when wash is finished to much water remain in the detergent and fabric softner cup..lg needs to correct this problem..other than that it seems to be doing its job!!

Love this machine, My clothes are clean. it doesn't shake the whole house when it is in spin cycle ! Thought i added the 3 year warranty but i guess i only did for the dryer ,that i am waiting on to arrive in January. Tried to call best buy but they hung up on me with a try later ...

Such a smart washer. It senses the load and locks the lid for safety. I love how the water runs into the washer by going through the detergent so it gets mixed in well. So far clothes are coming out clean and it is easy to use.

Great color and function! After looking at quite a few different options we decided on this one. We are not disappointed. The agitator and feature are really great. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good set. Check out the dryer as well.

This is also one of my favs. I wash clothes so often and it’s nice to have a washer who takes care of my clothes gently.very awesome heve

The new washer is easy to operate and is doing a very nice job of cleaning the clothes. The only negative is the tub is so deep it is sometimes hard to get all clothes out easily.

So far, so good. We had a prior LG bought elsewhere that did not last but we wanted to match our LG dryer. We trust Best Buy's service so bought it from them for this reason.

I wasn’t planning on purchasing this washer but with every other brand backordered, this is what I was left with to choose from. I never had LG but it has been great thus far. It works really well and I like how it’s connected with an app on my phone.

Nice machine, display hard to read. The black display should have a light up display to make the reading of the display easier to read.

I've heard bad things about lg and samsung appliances but so far this lg washer impresses me. It uses far less water than my old washer and notifies my phone when it's done. I love it

Well I have had my new washer and dryer for just over a week. Still getting used to them, but the only thing I don't like is the large amount of water left over in the soap drawer.

I love the huge basin with an agitator. I have tried all different brands and types of washers and this one has the best clean overall. I just wish you could manually set up a load to your liking.

Great machine. I’ve had it for a year now and have no complaints. All the high efficiency machines are skimpy on water, so I use the Deep Fill option almost exclusively.

Awesome!!!! The washing options are great and it tells how much time each load needs. It’s quiet and quick. We can get a large load done in less than 39 minutes. We love this washer!

This is a perfect washing machine. Not only does it perform great it looks good awesome. Not to mention a cute little tune when the washing machine finishes its cycle.

This washer has exceeded our expectations! It’s quiet and gets the job done. I do like that I can do a speed wash since some of the presets are a little long.
