Love this washer overall. Having an agitator again makes a huge difference but it doesn't over beat the clothes. Love the see-thru top, the ease of the controls. I couldn't be happier.

We bought two of these in two years. Not because it didn’t work, but because when we moved and had to leave the first behind, we made certain we would have another one in our new home, too.

It cleans my clothes much better than the one I had before. It has some great features. I love that I can hook it up to phone and start a wash when I want to and can customized personal cycles. Everything about it is perfect!

Handles large loads well. But doesn’t handle single item loads well such as rugs, pillows, or mats because it looks like it has a hard time spinning after the rinse cycle and never ends up spinning.

Very good cleaning and efficient. A little louder than normal compared to the other models I have had but overall I don’t mind. Scratches easy on top with laundry baskets being stored and moved on top.

I like this machine way better than the one I had with no agitator. This machine is quieter than I expected. The noise rating was higher than many, so I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn’t as noisy.

I bought the washer, but scheduling the installation did not go so well. We had been without a working washer, so we needed this one running ASAP. The trucker said he didn't install, just delivered, and made no mention of someone else coming that would install it. So after he left I installed it myself, so that we could use it. I have since been trading emails and calling Best Buy to cancel the installation, but this part isn't going so well. Every time I'm told that it is cancelled, I get yet another request to schedule the installation.

I love the move I made to this washer. Clothes are cleaner and smell nicer. Still learning all of its capabilities, but I love it so far!

I love the washer the only thing I do not like is I am short. The tub is large capacity and it is a long reach to the bottom. I need a step stool so it doesn’t smash my ribs.

Product was in stock and delivered 3 days later, when other stores were quoting 4-8 weeks delivery. BB matched a local appliance store. Delivery and installation team was superb. Called when they were on the way. Removed the old units. Installed the new. Very careful not to damage the walls or appliances. Tested them out. Professional and friendly crew. Great experience!

I really like everything about this washing machine. It uses less water and less detergent while still cleaning clothes efficiently. It is very easy to use.

The washer works great. I wish the consumer had more control of the settings. It washes pretty quiet. It is not noisy like my last washer.

This is my first new washer ever and I have to say I love it. It has a lot of features to it. Space inside is very substantial and my clothes are clean when done.

I bought this unit open box and it was in realy good condition, I haven't been able to use it yet as it is waiting for delivery. However it seems like it will perform as expected.

No issues to date, It's a major upgrade to my previous 20 year old machine. Love the extra capacity. Looks great next to the matching dryer. Highly recommend.

Great washer. High efficiency AND and agitator! My previous HE washer did not have an agitator and just did not seem to work as well
