Tge wrinkles do not come out in the dryer. I never had this problem with my previous high efficiency machine

I have to soak the clothes in a sink to have a heavier load.

I wish I could return it.

Disappointed

I am running the extra rinse cycle now with each load. The delivery was disappointing, They were late arriving then said I had a leak and needed to call a plumber. They refused to wait 5 minutes for him to get here and were rude and dismissive. They unloaded the washer in my garage and took off. So I had to pay my plumber to install the washer (and he said there was no leak!), Then I had to get rid of my old washer too! So much for free install and hall away for total tech members.

Very disappointed

The first load we washed came out looking almost the same as when it went in. The main issue is that it doesn't fill with enough water being that it's High Efficiency. Had to watch you tube videos to figure out hacks to get it to fill with enough water that all the clothes actually got wet. And then sometimes we get error codes which stops the whole process. It took me 4 hours to wash a load of bedding! Completely regret buying this machine.

Save your sanity and don’t buy!!

We’ve only had it 3 weeks and it’s absolute crap! You can not wash anything bulky, and by bulk I mean a set of light weight twin sheets and a thin blanket. The machine will fill and drain over and over and over again with out spinning. Huge waste of water and electricity. You will literally need to remove everything and add it one by one to get the water spun out. I wish I could return it but lucky me I missed the return window by a few days.

Not a good washer

The drum cracked. Thankfully I bought the membership for an additional $49.00. They gave me my money back. I was very disappointed. It worked well for 30 days.

Bad washer

I understand that we go it as open box item. And cannot longer return to store. But to sell a clearly bad washer is a shame on them. Would not buy anymore home appliances from Bestbuy.
