Easy to use, cleans well, fairly quick, and doesn't make a lot of noise. I purchased it about three weeks ago and up to this point I cannot find any negative issues with the washer.

We had it for about 2 months now and so far we love it. Washes great and machine is quiet. Fits our king size bedding comfortably with room to spare. Highly recommend it.

I like this machine very much. It is large. It is quiet. It has a timer so I know how long loads will run. The machine determines load size and thus how much water and time is appropriate. The only negatives I have are not problems, just things I just have to get used to. The detergent/softener is added to drawers at back of machine, not directly into bowl. I have forgotten a couple of times and I’m not sure if some of my detergent was washed out in the filling cycle, leaving less for the wash cycle. The door has to open up to full 90• or it falls closed and the depth of the machine is more than my old machine so I have to pull it away from wall an inch more than on my old machine. The door locks when load is started.

This washing machine is absolutely amazing!!! I bought this about a month ago after my last 'so called smart washer' finally quit spinning altogether,, I researched for about 2 to 3 weeks before settling on this machine & it's so great & actually cleans my clothes that I rewashed my linens from closet,,,it's huge tub let's me wash bed clothes, comforters, rugs and still hear water sloshing in it,,lol my last one without agitator only swished clothes back & forth and never truly felt or smelled clean

My wife absolutely raves about her new washer! This thing is HUGE on the inside, yet smaller outside dimensions than the machine it replaced (front loader). The machine is incredibly, insanely quiet for a washing machine and it plays a nice melody when finished. I bought it when there were only 3 reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Glad I took the chance! A super nice machine that really cleans the clothes better than our front loader.

I love my new washer! It's well designed and plenty big for a king quilt. I use "deep wash" and the washer adds the perfect amount of water for whatever I loaded. It's easy to add an item by pausing the cycle. The agitator thoroughly moves the clothes, and I can relax. My previous washer was a Maytag, and i had to work hard at adding just the right items so the clothes wouldnt get tangled, and then I wound up having to untangle them anyway. The Maytag *thought* it was doing everything for me, but it didn’t make sense, like agitating clothes before the tub fills. ??? The LG washer has been a dream to use, and I am *detail oriented.* You won't regret this purchase!

This washer has preformed very well. Cleaning is the most important part for me and it does an excellent job. It's very quie and holds a lot of laundry.

We love this washer. Having the agitator is so much better than without. We think it cleans better and, more important, it distributes the clothes so that it doesn't go off balance. Our old (9 year old) LG without an agitator was always banging around off balance. We've had this new one for a month now and no problems. Based on drying times, I think this must spin out more water than the old one too.

My 17 year old washer and dryer needed fixing about every 6 years. Now, the parts the washer needed made it less expensive to replace. This LG washer (and the 7.3 cu ft dryer) was highly recommended from Consumer Reports, so I purchased them online. Delivery was quick (about 4 days). The washer is much different than the original (old) one. There is a learning curve; for instance you don't set a water level, all of it is done through seniors., Just add the detergent and the clothes and it does its thing. It relatively quiet. It is slower than my original. I'm thinking I will see some sort of savings with my utilities, too. Overall, it's not the fanciest and should last a long time. I think the first things that I may have issues with are the buttons. Time will tell. If I would have went into the store, I would have went for something more attractive, but it seems the function is good, the form is kind of boring.

I like this washer. I prefer a top-loading machine and agitator and this doesn't disappoint. It is quiet. When the cycle is over, there's a pleasant set of notes and that is the only reminder; it is not annoying in any way. Clothes are clean. Plenty of settings which are easy to choose.

I love my washer! It’s exactly what I needed! I wouldn't trade it for any other. I had one without the agitator but never liked it and it didn’t get my clothes clean, leaving residue of fabric softner on my clothes.

The LG 4.8 cubic feet washing machine seems to be a good washing machine based on our limited use so far. The machine appears to wash as well has any high efficiency machine. The machine looks good we hope that the glass lid is more scratch resistant than a white enamel lid. We are cautiously optimistic that the direct drive will hold up to the rigors of the high efficiency cycle better than a repurposed washing machine transmission. The initial start up instructions are not the best. After several attempts to follow the instructions we thought we had a DOA washing machine until we found a video on-line that explained that the sequence of buttons had to be pressed very rapidly. The flexible drain hose detracts from the good looks of the machine in our installation because it is not hidden behind the machine.

It has a large drum so you can wash your blankets, quiet, easy to use, and I love that it does a spin before wash to balance the weight of your clothes. Best washer I have ever used.

Cleans thoroughly, very simple to use, uses very little water and it Easily fits a king size comforter. I also think its a perfect height.

This machine replaced a brand new Samsung that was defective, Best Buy was very helpful with our dilemma, and replaced the machine within a week.We like this machine, it does a good job, not a lot of bells and whistles that are on most machines today. Giving it 4 stars due to very long wash cycle times, normal cycle puts very little water in machine, water doesn't even cover clothes, we have to use deep wash all the time so typical time is 55 minutes for one load. To me, that is way too long, but then again, they don't make em like they used to.

We've had our new washer for about a month now. So far, its been a wonderful upgrade. Its large capacity fits our king size comforter and washes it great. No complaints!

So far I love my new washer. It really cleans well. The controls are easy to learn. Love that it shows time left in cycle. Had one with an impeller that just did not do a good job cleaning. Agitator for me from now on.
