Easy to use cost efficient washer. I like the large tub and clear lid. Everthinh i need!

Washer works well, quiet, and tube is larger than expected. The water level is sensor control so it doesn't fill to the top like washers of the old days. Wanted a top loader to soak clothing so not sure if the extra fill would do it (haven't figure out how to do that yet).

This is a no frills washer. But who needs 10-12 different settings/cycles anyway? I'm coming from a front load and swore a few years ago I would never have another, primarily due to the mold/smelly issue. Althoug I loved every thing else about it. This washer, with agitator, is a completely different animal. It does not clean as well as the front load. And the clothes come out way more wrinkled. And it goes off balance super easy. I'm careful how I load items in the washer so it's not me causing the problem. It should be able to handle a king size blanket. Not comforter but a cotton blanket. This washer is big! But it was having issues trying to spin. Instead of shutting down with an error code it just kept refilling again and again. I hate to think of the wasted water. Finally I realized something wasn't right and redistributed the blanket and then it spinned. Same thing happened with a small rug. I even put in a large beach towel with it knowing it would not be happy. And sure enough it could not spin and kept refilling. No error code. I did everything I could but ended up having to take both items out, dripping wet, and hung them outside to dry. Another very irritating thing is there is no hot water option for speed wash. Why? This makes no sense and is something I seriously miss. And as most people are saying, this washer, and most other top loads these days, does not give you enough water to cover the clothes! This washer does have a deep fill option however it will only work on certain cycles. Forget using the normal cycle, which would probably be the most used setting by most people, as the deep fill option is not available. And without it the items are not in enough water to be covered. I still have time to return. Just need to figure out what to buy.

I really am happy with this washing machine. It has an agitator instead of the impeller. I was so tired of my cloths and bedding being bunched up. I worked so well.

I like this washer very much! Appreciate the extra rinse option and deep fill. Large capacity and quiet. Delicate cycle works well, too.

This one’s a little smaller than the one that broke it’s 10 times quieter and I’m glad we went back to the agitator definitely worth the money

It cleans well. We didn't want a HFE front loader so this fit the bill. We've had it 6 months without issue.

Washer can handle twice as many clothes as my last one, is fairly quiet, and the spin cycle is very effective. I have ZERO complaints, which is rare for me!

Replaced a ten year old washer with this one. Larger tub and much quieter than the old one. Clothes come out fresh and clean. It’s almost a pleasure to wash clothes.

I am enjoying this washer. It is very quiet and the large capacity fits my needs. I like that the washer adjusts automatically for the size load. My only challenge is the depth of the tub (which naturally comes with a large capacity). I am short and have trouble reaching small items on the bottom. I can deal with that though.

Control panel could be a little more fancy - it is pretty plain compared to other brands. Washer has high fill option, but it is either low water amount or really high option, no in between (medium) fill option. Seems to wash well.
