I am just so happy to be rid of my old ones! These two are a dream in comparison. Doing business with the Best Buy team was easy and efficient. I'm so appreciative of that.

Seems to wash well, although I've noticed that portions of some clothing stay above the water line during the wash cycle. I have two issues with the machine: (1) You cannot use hot water with the Speed Wash cycle. This is the cycle we used most on our old Whirlpool washer. (2) There's no volume control or alternative sound for the alert. Rather than a simple beeping sound, it plays a somewhat annoying musical tune.

Keep in mind that just 2 adults and no kids use this washer so use is light. The water pump seems a bit loud but no complaints. Got the extended warranty because of past experience. It's worth it. Had an lg washer 10 years prior and just wore out. Read reviews . Good luck.

It's so easy to dump big loads in. You don't have to put half on one side half on the other. Just stump it right in the center.
