Very happy with my new TV

We ended up at Best Buy looking at laptops & TVs. Much to my surprise there was a special buy that I couldn't resist. I had previously read reviews on this LG TV, so I didn't hesitate to purchase. Very happy with this LG product.

Excellent value for your dollar

The image is good, the size is also OK ( I didn't expect a slim TV for the amount I was paying). The only downside is that when reading movies from a usb it doesn't work with all the formats and doesn't read subtitles. I had a 2010 LG LCD that it did read all formats and subtitles with no problem.

Haven't had a LG TV before, so was a little worried. Perfect size for our apartment. Picture is just as good/if not better as my old Samsung, and the speakers are much louder. Sound quality is decent for a tv, but definitely much louder. Happy with the purchace.

I have heard of delays when changing channels but this is not a problem when using a box from Direct TV or Comcast or FiOS; so, I didn't notice any issues. Even so . . . remember when you had to actually get up and walk over to the TV and change the channels? I do! :-)
