Excellent picture. Multiple inputs help the entertainment system continue to grow. I've had this TV for over a year and haven't had any problems at all. I'd never bought LG before and I'm so happy I did. Love it even more now that I did right after I bought it.

I feel I not only got a great tv but got a great price. It was a perfect size for the cabinet I was using and the picture is really clear. I have vision problems and it is easy to see the shows. I'm very pleased and would recommend this tv to anyone in the market for buying.

Purchased this as an addition to a bedroom. It has excellent picture quality and a menu screen that is user friendly. It doesn't come with a built in tuner or Smart TV technology but met our needs. If you're looking for a great quality picture without all those added features, then I would recommend it without any hesitation.

It was a gift for my sister. I worry when things are priced so well. This was, of course, a Black Friday deal. But I'm really glad that she thinks it's got a beautiful picture. She was in shock. She didn't really want a bigger TV but I know she is so glad to have this, now.

Easy to set up, great picture, easy to navigate menu

I got this TV on Thanksgiving, and it was a steal at 199+tx The volume is LOUD, so no worries on that end, clear crisp picture, but the power button on the bottom is kind of annoying if you don't want to use the stand and aren't mounting it. Overall excellent I love LG

I was lucky enough to get this during the Black Friday madness and it was worth every penny. I was so pleased with this purchase that I actually ended up buying another for a different room. Sound and picture quality are great and it does everything that I need it to.

I am very glad that a friend of mine suggested Best Buy's on line LG 40" 1080p LED HD TV, because I was looking elsewhere for a TV. The picture, sound, and quality are superb, and the sale price was unbelievable I couldn't be happier with my choice, awesome TV.

I bought this knowing it wasn't a smart tv. Bought Roku stick, and every thing worked great. Used in my waiting room. Client and staff commented on quality of picture. This was an open box, I would and recommend people that if certified I would buy again

I had a LG android phone before and i loved it..so i decided to try the LG 40 inch led tv for my bedroom..(all my previous tvs have been Visio) and i have to admit its a pretty awesome tv..you cant go wrong with this LG option. A Definitely good purchase..

Saw this TV on display while comparing 720p and 1080p models. This one was the right size for where I needed and only slightly more expensive than another brand's 720p due to it being a display model. I opted for this one as I thought the brand & display would be better. Happy so far with my decision!

We just bought a 40 inch LG from Best Buy and are most pleased with the picture and sound of the TV. We had an LG and decided to stay with the same make. So far this has proven to be an excellent purchase and a good second TV for our home. Great price too!

Needed to replace an older box tv in our living room. Didn't want to spend alot since we have a bigger/better tv in our family room. This was an open-box special at the store and I couldn't be more pleased. Sometimes deals do work out for the best!

We bought this to replace an older generic TV and we are so happy we did. The picture quality is so much better. The only thing we don't like is that there is no audio out other than optical, which means we can't use our existing surround sound because it only takes AUX. 5 stars if it had the AUX out.

This TV lacks the function of other televisions that I have, but for the money I was happy with the quality and it was great for my application. The blacks are pretty grey, so I can definitely tell a difference when I compare it tony more expensive models that i own. Overall, happy with my purchase.

I actually purchased four TV's on Black Friday. Three for my kids and one for my Mom. They were easy to set-up and have a fantastic picture. The remote control is well made, feeling substantial in the hand. This is a great buy even at the regular price.

For $200 this tv is a great buy. Not a smart tv because I bought it for my 80 year old mother to replace an old dinosaur tv. . She loves it. Great picture, easy setup, and sound is sufficient in a small to med sized room without any external speakers.

I purchased this TV for my son to play his video games, expecting a decent TV for the price, what I received was surprising. This TV has amazing picture quality and sound, I now am a firm believer in the LG brand more than ever! Best TV for the price

Originally I was searching for a 32 inch TV but I discovered that on black Friday I could get a 40 inch for even cheaper. LG is a decent brand and with the right hdmi piece I can hook up my tv to my MacBook with no problem at all. I love the TV.
