We had originally gone into Best Buy to just "look around". However, we saw this TV and the price it was advertised for and decided we can use another TV for one of our bedrooms. It has worked very well and we are so pleased that we bought it.

I bought this to replace a old CRT TV in a bedroom. The picture is great as was the Black Friday price. The sound is HORRIBLE. No low end sound frequency at all, sounds like the sound is coming from a tin can. You definitely want to buy a sound bar with this TV even if using for a bedroom.

We were looking for a TV for the bedroom. We found this one and researched this brand. It had everything we were looking for at a great price. We buy all our electronics and appliances from B.B. They have great prices and quality merchandise .

We bought this on Black Friday, and I am so glad we did! It is really a great TV, and it was such a good deal! Picture quality is great! We bought it to replace an older TV we had in our bedroom, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Have used for several months now with no issues. Good color (my wife believes it is better than the large screen Samsung in our family room). Great price. A little slow coming on is the only thing that might be improved. Satisfied for now.

I bought two of these Thanksgiving night, one for my dad and one for the patio. This is the same television Marriott uses in their Courtyard hotels, and I can see why. Excellent picture, easy to use remote and so far we are really pleased.

I had been looking at sales on TVs for a couple months & ended shopping on Thanksgiving Day when I found a deal at Best Buy that I couldn't resist! It has a beautiful picture & I've been watching it for 5 months now with no problems.

The picture quality and performance of this TV is amazing!!!!!! This is a deal that you would tell people they missed a heck of bargain. Sounds is excellent for a 40" TV, compared to my Sony 50". Recommended to all if found under $200.

This television from LG is one of the best values at the price point it is located. Most TV's in this price range are offbrand but this LG delivers. It plays 1080p and 720p content well, and comes with 3 HDMI ports if you want to use a Roku device, video game console or anything else using HDMI. The digital tuner makes a strong difference in how content is displayed better as well. The only drawback is that 480p content looks the part on the TV, but that also highlights how good the 1080p/720p content is displayed.

Since replacing our TV's with all LG products we have been very happy with all their products. This is our 4th in the last few months. We hav 65" to this TV and for the price and performance it is excellent. Only problem was this TV has no RCA inputs. That was the only problem.

I love the 40 inch tv, it's a great size for a den or bedroom. We're using it in our den and love that it's just big enough for both of us to have our recliners in front of it and still have a great time watching our shows or movies.

I got the tv on sale and it was a great buy. The tv does sometimes struggle to find the hdmi source (even when the hdmi cord is not loose and hasn't been unplugged) it will take 30 seconds to kick on to the source. Overall the picture is very good and the tv works well.

You get what you pay for but the price was too good to return this tv. It does a crazy impractical thing with live broadcasts...it switches over to Spanish and we need to hit the sap button to switch it back. Called LG by nothing to be done to fix it. Weird but cheap!

bought this tv for black Friday 2016, the price was great for the tv size. the only things I didn't like was the speakers because it needs more bass, but I have a small room, turning the volume to 15 is too loud for my room.

Purchased TV for the living room in my brother-in-law's apartment. Perfect size vs. his 32" model and excellent picture quality. Wanted to be sure to have 1080p resolution, which at the sale price, was too good to pass up.

Have this tv in our bedroom. It's fabulous. So typical LG, picture is incredibly clear. Sound is a bit tinny though. A bit disappointing. Overall though I like be it!!

This TV offered all the features we wantedr. The picture is sharp; the colors are vivid and true. The TV screen reads from almost any angle, with no degradation of picture quality. It is perfect for our smaller sized den.

Purchased this tv during Black Friday for a great price! Changed a few settings that improved the overall picture. This replaced our 32" LCD and it's a nice improvement. Also has 3 hdmi inputs. Speaker sound is good enough for a bedroom. Happy with the tv so far.

I bought this HD TV as a gift. I own a LG 3D Smart HD TV so I was looking to find a great buy on a LG for a gift. This one was it. I hooked it up to cable and it was all good from there. LG lives up to its name again!

I know it was a black Friday deal but I can't thank best buy enough for it because it's a steal. Even at $200 guys come on, pick this up. Remember the days 32" TV's would cost $300, this for $200 is still a great buy.
