This TV is a great purchase for the size and price point. We purchased it for my mother-in-law as a replacement for her living room tv. She likes it better than the 4G TV she bought for her bedroom.

Great tv for the price, very happy with purchase. Would purchase again if I needed another tv. This is the second Lg tv in house, would recommend to all who want a good tv at a reasonable price.

Picture is very clear, despite 60hz refresh rate video games and sporting events stay crisp and clean, very little blur. Colors are accurate and vivid, sound is not bad for a flat screen.

Great TV. Bought as a gift for 88 year old mother in law. Easy set up for me and easy use for her. Best picture quality she's ever experienced on a television. Crisp picture and details. Very happy with this purchase.

My old LG died during a power surge. I waited for the Christmas sales and found this one at a terrific price. One salesperson told me this particular model was sold out within an hour of opening on Thanksgiving night (I was there on Fri afternoon). Another salesperson asked if he could help me and I showed him this ad and he said "I have 3 of those!" Needless to say I was thrilled with the service. The Best Buy associate loaded it into my car and off I went. I did have to call LG for help hooking it up to my existing cables but once that was done I was pleased. The picture is bright, the sound great. It isn't a smart tv but if I ever want to upgrade a Roku is easy enough to install. This is my only tv and I don't do gaming or use internet.

Good picture, not great , program menu dole, lacking alot of features but at 40" I'm sure it's just for a guest room so yes get it , but I like Insignias 40" TV alot better, don't be fooled by the brand name.

I purchased two as upgrade to my kids 32" TVs. The TV is lighter than the old 32" and the picture is brighter and more vivid. Great for video games or watching a movie.

Bought this for my mother in law, who doesn't need or want fancy. It's easy to use, remote makes sense to her, and the picture is actually pretty good, better than other stuff at the 200 I paid for it.

The tv we bought is awesome. We put it in the master bedroom & it's the perfect size. The picture is sharp & clear. The color is beautiful. Very nice television.

My wife and I were wanting to put a TV in our guest room, but didn't want anything too big or too fancy since it would only be for casual use. We found this TV here on BestBuy.com and it was perfect for what we needed. For a small guest room, this TV is just the right size - Not too big, not too small. It was also really easy to set up. We've used it a couple of times ourselves and seems to be just fine. The only complaint that I might have would be that the picture isn't as sharp as our larger, more expensive LG, which was to be expected. The difference is hardly noticeable and isn't an issue at all. For the size and the price, I think this TV does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I got a great deal on this tv during black friday, and its well worth every penny. It's an LG, has a pretty nice picture quality, and otherwise is easy to use.

BB's Black Friday Deal on this TV was a no brainer. I was lucky to get one. Set up was easy and the picture quality is good. This is a bedroom TV and perfect for my needs. The remote is simple and menu adjustments are straight forward. I have some You Tube 4K videos downloaded to a USB drive in 4K and 1080p I use as a comparison test for the TV's I look at in the stores. I was blown away at the quality of the video on this TV as compared higher end units in the stores. Although this TV cannot compare to the higher end units, it is by far a great TV even at the regular price.

We added this new TV to our guest bedroom and have had nothing but rave reviews about its picture and sound quality. Since I bought this item on a Flash Sale, I am very happy with the value!

I bought this TV as a second TV for the bedroom. It has excellent picture and nice slim bezel around. LG has good quality and excellent value compares to other brands. Highly recommended.
