This is a great gift. I am thinking about getting another one. The only thing I will say is that I knew about this gift 2 weeks before Christmas because I am a Best Buy member and I received an email on the extended warranty! May I suggest an email like this go out agter Christmas?

The associate persuaded me to change my HP laptop for the Apple laptop which was on sale for the first time. She was very courteous and helpful an excellent sales woman. She answered all my questions and made my doubts despaired .

Black Friday strikes again with a deal even my wife couldn't believe. Perfect tv to use in the bedroom to replace our old 29" LCD. Decent color and easy to use/set-up.

Bought this tv on Black Friday and set it up in the bedroom. I love LG products. What most people don't know is that their screens are found in most higher end TVs like Sony and Samsung. For 149.99 I bought two of these!

This is a really great tv. I bought for use in my master bathroom. Sometimes I need some me time while in the bathroom. I just watched 3 episodes of Sopranos while flossing my teeth and the clarity of this tv is amazing.

Was looking for a monitor and saw this 40" 1080p LG HDTV, and at a sale price of $150, the decision is easy. The tv definitely is slower in starting up and does not have the smart tv feature, but for the price and as second tv and monitor, definitely a great buy!

I love LG TVs, amazing picture and awesome build quality. I bought it to replace my son's old Vizio and I plan to get an OLED for the living room at tax time. I looked at others and I'm very pleased I went with this one.

Got Tv as an Christmas present. Works great so far no issues. Did have to get an optical to analog audio adaptor because had an old audio receiver with RCA inputs and tv only has optical audio output but not a problem

As a life long fan of the Alien franchise, I wanted to get all the movies on blue ray (finally). For the price you can't beat this package. You get the original theatrical movies a long with the remastered versions.

Bought this for the value given the features like 3 hdmi ports and 1080p. The picture quality is not the best but not bad. Does not have all the features of a smart tv but I really don't need it given Apple TV, cable dvr etc. it fits nicely inside my tv case.

Got it on sale, haven't regretted it yet. Great bedroom or office TV. Sound is the only thing holding back 5 stars, need to hook up a soundbar of some sorts to really optimize the TV. Can't find that perfect volume when falling asleep with the TV speakers.

This TV is a great value. We are brand loyal to LG TV's and this TV didn't disappoint us. We use it in our workout room and the volume is loud enough to hear over the equipment. We had problems with our previous TV.

Finally was able to grab it with stand online price from best buy as they gave a deal. It is always good to purchased from them as I had better chance of return it if I'm not satisfied. But this worked well for me.

This is the second LG TV we have bought for our house in a year, and we are very pleased with both. If I had a complaint, it would be that it takes longer for this one to turn on than the previous Sony we had.

Bought the television for fairly cheap. Works great and it has quite the options to be able to enhance my viewing experience. Only hint would be the sound occasionally becomes muzzled for some reason

I'm not completely happy with my purchase, if my son saved the box I would have returned, it has a great picture and good sound, but one major problem, when you watch channel 7 the sound keeps going out, and you have to go into the menu click on sound and take it off of Spanish to English, then it works until you change the channel and try to go back to channel 7 then you must do it all again, I called lg who said it was because of my cable or satellite, only problem is I have neither, my sister got the same tv and has the same problem, she also has no cable.

This 40" television was a gift for our friends who recently moved and needed a television. It's a 1080 P LED and was on sale for a great price! It was delivered in only 4 days! Just in time for Christmas!

Bought this on a deal during Thanksgiving. This TV is a basic 40 ' with solid LG standard. I would have appreciated more if the UI is more user friendly. I had returned this just because I got a different deal with other TV brand for a 49" one

This is my first of this type tv. Really good speakers and picture. Easy to hook up sound bar if you have or get one. Lots of HDMI hookups. Picture appears a little white or faded when at the side looking at it. Otherwise, no issues so far.
