Broken

Didn't open or check, box in perfect condition; Opened to setup - rainbow screen - son said looked like someone had banged lower edge. Something must have happened at factory as box was perfect. Waste of money. Can't return. Moral check your purchases as soon as receive! Very disappointed granddaughter.

The picture wasn't good to start, but it continued to get worse over the first 6 months. We did not use for at least 6 months since it was in the spare room. I put it in the main room and the picture continued to get worse. In just a few months it stopped working all together. What a piece of junk

Bought Open Box- Excellent Cod;HDMI 1 NOT WORKING

I called best buy customer care after getting transferred twice they hung up on me. DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX, THEY do not check the items for quality before they re sell them.
