I ordered online. I live in a rural area have no way of just popping into a Best Buy. I called to see what could be done maybe just give me the screw size? No. I could just drop it off at my local Best Buy. Or I could pack it back up and ship it to them. My “local” Best Buy and 1.5 hours away…..anyways moral of this story don’t trust open box or customer support to provide you with a reasonable solution. My solution I bought a tv stand. By the price of the tv stand and headache I should have just bought an unopened one.

Although peak brightness will be slightly lower, all features from the bigger sets are present.

Everything about this TV is awesome if your just look6for a TV or something to use for video games. If you want to connect a computer to it you have to use HDMI IMO is not the best for computers. A Display port would have made this a perfect 10
