Good contrast and vibrant the game mode is nice and responsive

Although I am a fan of LG OLED panels, this one began flickering 5 days after installation and within a few hours the screen failed. Best Buy exchanged it for a new screen tv but quality control failed.

I bought this smart tv based on tech reviews. After a week of unsuccessful attempts to connect to our internet (the Samsung it was replacing had no problem with connection) I reached out to customer service. The service tech was unable to solve the problem but said the a max distance of (only) 30 feet from the router is recommended. I returned the tv. Poor documentation, online chat bot useless, tutorials use outdated models. The Magic Remote was poorly made. First and last LG for me.

Difficult to navigate. No instruction manual and the one on line is hard to understand and find solution to question.

Working ok thought Alexa would be more complete in controlling this TV. I thought it would change channels and such very limited and I bought a fire cube. Did es seem worth the cost.

I returned it because it's not bright enough. I am interested in purchasing the G3, eventually.

Stand was flimsy. Tv tilted forward and was not secure

Ive been a huge advocate of buying from a local store and not from Amazon. I bought this tv and it was missing screws and other hardware for the stand. The remote was also damaged. This was supposed to be an excellent in box item. I called customer service and they said to bring it in and they would 3xchange the whole thing. The customer service rep at the store had no idea what he was doing, and the manager was one of the most unprofessional people ive rver delt with. They said i had to pay the difference and buy a new one. I've probably spent 25k at best buy in the past 5 years and I am a best buy total rewards member they'll never get another cent. Absolutely terrible experience. Ive never been so mad.

Tried switching to the lg brand and tried the c3 but i ended up with with two bad tvs and went back to samsung. One day ill come back the Oled tv but hopefully samsung makes it. I dont think ima switch brand from samsung tvs. I tried switching to lg and i only got disappointed. I wont recommend this tv, there are better tvs then this. Might have to pay a bit more but youll be happy.

1 INCH STRIP RUNNING VERTICALLY ALONG LEFT SIDE OF TV SCREEN. CAN'T GET ACCESS TO HUMAN IN HARSTDALE NY VIA PHONE. GOT GEEK SQUAD AND ALL AND MADE SURE I HAD 42" TV SO THEY WOULD DO HOME REPAIRS. THEY NOW TELL ME THEY DON'T DO THEM ON THIS AND THAT I NEED TO BRING THEM THE TV. BUT I HAD IT DELIVERED BECAUSE IT WON'T FIT IN MY CAR. BEST BUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DON”T BUY THIS TV OR ANY LG TV!!!! LG warranty service is totally unacceptable. I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for their repair person to show up and every time they say they’re coming, they don’t come.

Works great for a computer monitor for mostly gaming and media consumption. Supports a true implementation of HDR, VRR (including FreeSync and G-Sync), and 120Hz refresh rate. It's great for single player games, but competitive gamers looking for a higher refresh rate may want to look at other options. The sound is mediocre, but that's expected from most TVs. Brightness is fine, but it will look the best in a light controlled room. If you're looking for a large screen as your monitor for gaming and media consumption, this is the best option there is.

This is a review of Best Buy not the TV. I bought an open box TV online and they sent me the wrong TV and I have returned it twice only to have it show back up at my door. I have the C2 which is amazing, Best Buy however is really causing me some true consternation and I'm really thinking about closing my whole account with them, and I don't think I'm ever going to buy open box from them again.

The bluetooth connection to my earbuds didn't work.

Trash not worth the money poor picture, quality bad design

Tv looks amazing, My previous tv was a cheap hisense Qled and the screen looked terrible out of the box and the remote was extremely cheap and had almost no weight to it. I'm never cheaping out on a TV again. Just the LG Magic remote alone is amazing and feels really solid. My only complaint is that every once in a while I turn on the tv and there is no audio at all which requires unplugging and plugging back in. Hoping an update will fix this and the problem doesn't get worse. If the problem persists or gets worse I will update my review. Kind of irritating that a tv that costs this much has this sort of technical problem so early on. Finally having true HDR for my ps5 is a total game changer. Now I understand what people are talking about with next gen graphics.

Just bought this for my pc gaming and it's so great. Oled blacks, hdr, and very sharp resolution. I didn't expect the resolution to be such a huge upgrade from my 1440p monitor but it is. It also looks great when watching shows, but I haven't watched any movies yet. Only complaint is that the sound quality of the speakers isn't the best

Excellent color. Perfect for gaming. Good balance all around. Speakers are good nut if you want more sound you can always connect a sound bar.

This TV / Monitor was the correct choice for me. I decided to go with the 42" over the 48". When you know your going to do a little bit of everything with this TV / Monitor, ie PC, TV, Gaming, Streaming and so on from 2'-4' on your desk, you just can't beat this thing. I love the glossy front screen that is very difficult to find for PC use. I hate the matte finish on the monitors today because it degrages almost every aspect of what you are looking at. It's like your eyes can have 20/20 vision and you decide to have cataracts put in. It's just dumb. Anyway, this was a no brainer for me. Ticked all the boxes. Just a great all around device. I highly recommend it even for $999 that it cost me.

Very clear and bright imaging on screen. Perfect for entertainment and gaming. I love it! This is the best TV I have ever bought for myself!
