The TV is great and would recommend this to anyone

Good reviews made me think what a deal at $ 399. Cheap plastic materials used for tv casing. Creaked and rattle out of the box and has low picture quality. I returned immediately and upgraded to 50 in Visio M Class on sale for $650. Sorry LG this model is subpar.

The best purchase ever...i love the tv its nice...

Had this for 3 years. All the sudden last week it started shutting off randomly. Yesterday it started smoking and I think there was a electrical fire in the tv.

if you're used to plasmas, dont get an led. its that simple. plasma is far superior. that being said, a great tv overall. don't use the picture setting out of the box. google the best ones for your tv.

This is a great monitor if you watch movies or TV, but a very bad one if you use it as computer monitor, the issue are the pixels ar not aligned as a square grid, they are aligned diagonal as brick grid, impossible to see sharp montor

I received a great price for this tv and the colors are so vivid that they almost seem to pop out! Have been very happy with this tv so far! Great tv for the price!

I bought two TVs, a phone, and a computer from Best Buy 2016. I purchased a TV on Thanksgiving then decided to buy another online Black Friday. The TV arrived the following Wednesday with a broken screen. Wednesday evening I called Best Buy on Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida and explained that the TV arrived damaged. Instead of an apology the representative treated me as if I was attempting to scam the company and advised me that I needed to bring the TV back by Saturday. I explained to the rep that I had a flight in two hours to MN and that I would not be back by Sunday. I was told that would not be sufficient and there was nothing they could do. I explained my long time relationship with Best Buy and after waiting 15 minutes for the rep to speak with the manager I was told I had to bring the TV back by Sunday or I would not be issued a refund. Upon returning from my vacation, I brought the television to Best Buy in hopes for an exchange. There was the typical line that I waited and was greeted by a representative. I explained the television was damaged and I wanted an exchange and I was directed to the back to look for the same TV while she checked the system. I got back from checking empty handed and waited for another customer to be serviced. The previous representative that assisted me passed me along to another representative who could tell I was a little distraught and annoyed. That rep looked at me and asked me to wait a minute. She then was picking up random scraps of paper, checked her phone, and then assisted me as if she was intentionally delaying service at my expense. She looked up the product and advised me it was no longer available. I asked for a refund and am no longer a Best Buy customer. It was a good run but this was a level of service I do not intend on revisiting.

Quality of picture was not near what is was made out to be online. It was okay, but not what I was expecting for a 4k Ultra HD TV. I returned the TV and doing more research before I purchase again.

I initially jumped on this buy because it was on sale. Turns out it was probably the best buy I have done in a while. Great picture quality.

Replaced a 10 year old LG flat screen with a LG UHD TV 4K. Was easy to set up and light enough for me to handle. Great picture.

Before purchasing this item I went to read on it. Also, I knew I would be ordering the tv so I stopped by the store to compare the MP 2160p to other tvs that "held" the same and this 43 inch was perfect

Sadly, the first TV i received had vertical lines that popped up within a week of owning it. Been good since then. Picture isn't as well as I would have liked.

This is a great TV for the low price. Super picture and good sound quality for built-in speakers.
