Have owned LG and admired their TVs. But this one had a terrible fuzzy, blurry image. Returned it to the store for refund. Bought a Sony non 4k, and the picture and colors are sharp, clear and crisp. Better TV for less money.

So this is supposed to be 120 Hz? When I tried to play a 1080p movie through the PC (MSI Gaming Laptop w/ Nvidia GTX 860M) I saw major judder during the actions scenes. Playing games on PC using a HDMI going to the TV also produced major judder. The Sony XBR-49X800D and the Samsung UN55KU6290FXZA doesn't nearly the same terrible judder. I doubt the TV is actually 120 Hz. I haven't noticed any judder issues streaming HD or 4K things through Netflix. I was going to use this for games since the XBR is a bit too big to put in front of a desk. If you're looking for a big monitor you might want to go with another TV.

Very pleased with how many apps were available on the smart tv. having Hulu right on the tv and even services like google play movies is great. even has lots of internet channels that integrate into the channel guide along with local channels.

Pic was nice however the tv has no buttons on it rendering it useless if you lost the remote becuase it would not connect to the app. I returned the tv for a Sony smart tv with buttons on it.

The picture quality is good. The only reason I don't give it all five stars is because the Blacks are not Black more of a Grayish. But the sound is amazing. Better than the sound on my Samsung. But for the price i think it's a great TV.

I couldn't be more disappointed in this purchased! I ordered online on Black Friday thinking I was getting a great deal for a beautiful ultra THIN silver/gray TV (I ordered the 49' which is no longer available). It arrived today and is not gray- it is black and is much bulkier (2-3 inches thicker than shown in the pictures), which were two of of the main reasons I purchased this model over several others in the same price point. I now have to be inconvenienced and return this to the store. I am most upset that I didn't go with a different brand and get the Black Friday pricing when I had the chance. :(

This tv is a great choice among the variety of 4k televisions. It would be a wise choice to buy this tv if you are looking to improve your HD experience!!

Has very bad image, I prefer my old tv. I thought that for 4K would have better picture and excellent color, very disappointed with this purchase.

Looks fantastic! Running with a 4k upscaling Blu-ray blows me away. Haven't even tried Tru 4k yet and still is best I have seen.

The first unit I received died after 4 days , I brought it back to BB and requested a replacement unit. The customer service people were really helpfully, so they had another unit shipped to my house. I received the new TV 3 days later and opened the box and hooked it up. When I turned it on there was a 1" black line from top to bottom of the screen. Returned it to my BB store for refund. Bought a Samsung the next day.

This Tv is 4K plus HDR pro which wasn't in the description and it looks phenomenal! Just wish it had more hdmi ports

If color quality is important, then forget about this TV. Sound quality is equally poor. Nothing more needs to be said.

I have many lg tvs, none of them gave me trouble. This tv's remote is not strip down version and good price.

The 43" is not silver. It is described incorrectly in photo and in description. When I picked it up and realized it was the wrong color they gave poorest customer service. Management ignored the situation and I was only offered to refund, exchange or upgrade to the 53" which is silver. Called customer support and the same customer service. Best Buy customer service stinks.

This is a good television I definitely got my money's worth, it has good sound and a nice crisp color.

This is a very sleek TV with a great picture. Set-up was easy and functionality is good.
