Excellent quality with 4K resolution this Tv has an incredible image

I brought this tv for my dad on black Friday! He loves it!

This tv was great and I can't wait to show my friends

tv shows a message low memory netflix will restart in a moment only had it one day this tv is cheap but not good as smart tv only had 4-5 apps installed tv says low memory tv now is restarting

TV stopped working after just 9 months of use. Was watching movie, put it on pause for 5 minutes, came back o black screen. Tried everything to fix it, nothing worked. I now hear they stopped making this model

So excited got the TV and it has no cord or bolts for stand. Bahhhh Bad BBs Now trying to get money back for second tv for bedroom ordered charged twice for that one. Been on phone four times with BBs today.

Bought this tv thinking LG was a great company... I was wrong. Screen went bad within a month. Kept getting worse. LG customer service sucks. They are in the process of trying to fix it a second time now.

difficult to navigate through menu and not friendly to my sony a/v receiver have to turn off tv speakers to listen through receiver every time i turn system on

Black Friday TV. They cut corners. Only had for a day and took it back. I'm going to spend the extra money to get a better 4k TV.

Bought this at Thanksgiving for Christmas. Opened the box and found the screen cracked.

Best Buy put the wrong picture of tv they gave me.

Like some other buyers here, I placed the order thinking i'm buying a "SILVER" TV as it mentioned on the title, but instead I got a black one. Thought they might've made a simple mistake so I called customer service and had them send me another one and yet again it was black. Called & complained, all they offered was for me to return it and they would issue me a full refund (So when the item comes back in stock i can pay full price) ... Horrible customer service

First off I didn't do enough research. I was hoping this would have HBO and Showtime apps, it doesn't. Second after only having this tv a week it wont connect to the LG TV Plus app. I tried it on both an android and iphone. Also the only button on the tv is a power button so if you lose the remote and it can't connect to the app you have a $300 decoration. I will be returning this to the store.

Got this before black friday, got it in the silver or gray color which honestly looks no different to me than the black colored model. Was able to snag this smart tv for $299 which was better than advertised black friday price. Really enjoy tv, super easy setup and easy to use. User friendly, able to use tv basic features so for visitors who arent familiar with smart features its not important since they can access basic features with ease

Purchased over Black Friday weekend. It's a very nice 4k TV for the price if you're looking to save money and you're still getting good quality. The apps aren't great but not horrible either. I would recommend this TV for sure.
