While some users have noted minor issues with the remote control and input options, the positive feedback on picture quality and ease of use outweighs these concerns.

We are quite happy with this purchase. Picture is great. We have it hooked up to a sound bar so cannot weigh in on the sound quality but we are very happy with the picture. Configuring the TV's settings was not necessarily intuitive, but figured it out (purchased this as a certified open box product. It didn't have a user manual in the packaging).

Our last TV was a late 20th century 13 inch TV VCR combo with rabbit ears. So people really into the latest in TV technology may want to take this review with a grain of salt. But for us, this leap into the 21st century was perfect. The picture is beautiful, the settings and controls are relatively easy to master and maneuver, and even the sound from the built-in speakers is good--for ordinary TV watching, we have felt no need to upgrade to a sound bar. And the price was right. So, overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.

I really like the picture quality of this LG TV. Everything I watch has the best picture quality even VHS tapes. I use a digital antenna for local channels and when there is a signal loss the TV show a picture and there is no annoying static sound. I would recommend the LG TV for everyone.

Excellent TV for the price. Big enough to know you have a TV but not overwhelmingly huge to take up your whole living room. Awesome picture coupled with very nice sound. Play BluRay on it all the time and doesn't even require a sound bar! Definitely recommend this TV.

This television is the right size and quality for mounting on the wall in my garage as I spend lots of time there with my "toys". Following installation it was easy to program and works just fine. This is my second LG 4K television and must admit I feel the choice was right.

The TV has beautiful vibrant color, great picture. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that it has been difficult to set up. Does not come with very many instructions and had lots of problems coordinating with our Comcast service. Still don't have the DVD player hooked up - very frustrated with that aspect of the item.

This is my first experience with LG appliances and I have no regrets. This TV is outstanding for an entry level 4K TV. The sound and picture are both excellent. I will definitely purchase additional LG TVs and appliances, the quality is very good.

I purchased this online. I have always owned Sony and Samsung TV's. The price on this was great, considering it's a 4K TV, so I am tempering my review a bit with that in mind. The reviews on this were quite good (I always read reviews), but I didn't check this out in the store to see how I liked the picture. I probably should have. 43" TV's are not easy to find anymore, and this one was the perfect size. I really wanted to like it. Assembling this TV was easy, just two screws per leg and a Philips screwdriver required to attach the feet, but note this TV takes up a wide stance (28 or 30") and so ensure your table or stand is wide enough to accommodate it. Was very light, and easy to lift and carry. The good is that this has a pretty responsive remote, good app interface, and you can connect to the net via ethernet (my choice) or wirelessly. I had no connection issues with my ethernet connection, and Amazon and Netflix both loaded and performed well, though I did have to install several updates upon first use. Sound quality is decent (I don't play any TV I have that loudly), and settings are reasonably easy to access. The bad - I found the picture to be lacking sharpness and have a yellowish tinge to it. I played with the settings all day and just could not get it to my liking. I have a 40" Samsung and a 48" Sony, and both have excellent pictures with perfect color saturation and great blacks. I just couldn't replicate that on this TV, and the backlight and sharpness settings on the LG don't correspond to what they are on the Samsung, as an example. Motion is very noticeably fuzzy and the "Motion 120" just doesn't perform as well as I expected. I should note that my Samsung and Sony were similar in price to this one (all bought within the past year), though the Samsung and Sony are not 4K TV's - but they have much better pictures.

My son purchased one and I was totally impressed. Suddenly my 48 inch TV at home was worn out. I made the purchase and never looked back. The picture is usually life like. Some programing don't deserve this TV. It's like being there. Crystal clear with perfect color. The sound is pretty good considering. This TV will do everything except make coffee. I bet if you could find the coffee app it would do that. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTube the list goes on and on. At the touch of a button There is a list of apps to use. Hundreds of settings to make your viewing a pleasure. Of course you can control it all with your smart phone. I haven't figured out what all this unit will do. I am not a techie and won't pretend like I am. I am a user that loves using this TV. I like it so well that I bought its smaller cousin for my bedroom.

we need a tv that was larger than our old 20 inch tv and this fit the bill, large enough to watch from bed, good picture, clarity is a little off but we are sending the signal from our main dish box to this 2nd tv and we haven't fiddled with all the buttons yet, but it was a good purchase!!

Bought this TV for my restaurant to use in the back of the store. We use it as a large computer monitor and for training videos mostly. But the picture if beautiful. No complaints about the TV's performance, size, or functionality.

Our second LG tv from Best Buy; we ordered online, and the first one was dead on arrival... BB had a replacement here in two days, better packaged, and it's a beauty! Serious lack of inputs, but 5 stars anyway!
