Great picture and sound. Design is poor in my opinion. The cords come off both sides instead of just one side, the side HDMI ports are too close together for my devices so I have to do something else creative...haven't come up with that yet. I hate the legs/stands....way too far out to the side...have to now get a different cabinet. Guess I wasn't paying attention. Way more tech in this TV than I can absorb.

Excellent picture. The user interface seems to be more convoluted than necessary - they could have made a cleaner visually easier screen. Also, the LG stations take a long time to load and we have a pretty fast internet.

This is a nice TV. Easy to set up, nice remote control. I connected a cable box via HDMI and a Blu-Ray play and an Apple TV. The WebOS function almost eliminates the need for Apple TV becuase the TV itself has the apps for NetFlix, Hulu, and so on. It can also do screen sharing with iPhone. The picture is fresh, the video quality is adjustable. I don't have a need for big sound, the speakers from the TV are fine.

Great product with great quality and sound. Though you can not download direct tv stream as an app which is a tad frustrating. Everything else is able to be downloaded though. A lot of settings you can change to customize your experience. I’m a big fan of the sports one for watching games. The game setting is awesome for Xbox games if you are playing on a larger screen. The sound settings are also amazing you are able to change them to your needs.

Great picture and sound. I have it in my bedroom mounted on the wall. Relatively lightweight, definitely lighter than the previous TV that was removed from the wall. Built in smart TV replaces using a Fire TV stick on the old non-smart TV. All the streaming apps are available for whatever subscriptions I have.

Solid picture quality and sound for a TV like this. The remote is the only bad thing about it. They added this cursor that moves around on the screen and selects random things. You can't turn it off. It's overly complicated and completely unnecessary. Otherwise, solid 4k TV.

This is a great smart TV. The picture is fabulous and the sound quality is also extremely good. Remotes are always a little disappointing but this one has a pointer and appears to be quite sophisticated, probably beyond my understanding at this point, I can maneuver YouTube quite well. I'm a very happy with the quality of this TV and would recommend it to a friend.

My LG QNED TV was a great purchase. The TV was easy to set up. It has met my viewing needs, and it was well-priced. I have an LG TV in my family room and the purchase was inspired by my satisfaction with that TV. I would highly recommend an LG TV to others seeking to purchase a quality TV.

Product is very nice we are very pleased. The picture is very very good and the setup was simple and straight forward. The person who helped us was five star assistance.

Bought this TV a year ago, and haven't had problems with it. Looks great when we watch movies, and also for videogames. It has its own video game mode to set up picture settings. Found it easy to set up, and you can use the LG ThinQ to control it, and make a household in app so other family members can control it with their own devices with their accounts.

Like the TV but not real happy with the magic remote. Sound and screen are great in my small sitting room.

The television has been very good. I like the picture and color. Easy to use; including the settings. Better then the previous Samsung television I had that didn't last all but 2 years.

This is a great TV for us. Beautiful picture. One quirk is that we had issues with the stream rate for our purchased movies and TV from Google Play, streamed through YouTube ap on the TV. YouTube videos played at the full quality, but all purchased items would only play at SD. I reached out to BB and also to Google Play, but neither place understood why it was happening. The BB rep thought we should exchange the TV. I did see on the internet that some people with LG TVs have experienced this before. Not common, but has happened. Since we had more than 100, in the end we got a Roku stick (supported by Google Play), and watch the Google Play material on the YouTube ap through the Roku. Plays at HD this way with no issues. Odd, but we liked the TV so spend the extra 27 dollars.
