TV set is being replaced with another brand. Other than that the color and clarity is good.

We had our son set it up when we first bought it and it worked well. About three weeks later a voice over came on. We could not get it turned off and had no idea how to turn it off!! So the TV was definitely SMART!! We finally got the Geek Squad in and Max did a great job fixing the problem and explained it to us.
