This TV was really easy to set up (take out of the box, screw the legs in and connect the cables) by myself with only a little referral to the instruction book. It was a little difficult to go through the programming process because I didn't know what type of WiFi I had and needed to figure out how to set up my blue ray/dvd using both the TV and dvd remotes. The UHD picture is great for watching nature programs, sports events, and playing video games, but I don't like the high resolution, super sharp, let-me-see every pore in the actor's faces for movies and watching the news. Call me old school, but i like the softer, smoother visual effect of film, which especially lends itself well when watching horror films. Having to constantly change the resolution settings is quite annoying. Still, I got this on sale for $249 and it's a good value.

This LG smart tv was perfect for the cost. Got on sale by ordering online for pick-up. It's very light & does well with home hub & air antenna. Love the intuitive guide that autoschedules your favorite shows, or gives a simple one time reminder. Streaming your own Amazon music takes a bit of navigation but the time you spend pays off in finding more great features. Has bluetooth so, you can add speakers & keyboard. Also it can stand on the two feet provided or mounted on a bracket. For this size, you'll need a long table +45". I recommend adding Roku & a Logitech wireless keyboard which I picked up as well along with a Cleartech hdtv 70 mi. Indoor/outdoor ant. & Monsterpower spike protect power strip for plugs & cables. The overall setup was very quick and easy. You can't beat a Best Buy sale for this setup which totaled under $500.

I purchased this because of the price. I'm moving in a couple of months so I haven't really watched it; however, I did set it up to see the picture and features. I love it. I can't wait to use it every night in my bedroom. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't watched it on a regular basis yet.

This is a quality, brand name Smart TV at a great price. Instantly access Netflix, VUDU, HULU, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more without cable connection. It's also surprisingly light so it was easy to hang on a wall mount.

The picture is superb, and it includes features my old LG television did not have - smart TV, and 4K. Plus, I actually paid less for this TV than I did for its predecessor. I'm happy with this purchase.

The TV has a great picture and it's nice to have apps like Netflix, Hulu and Sling. I have trouble starting apps or using the remote when navigating the apps. I love the clarity of the picture and how the screen size is takes minimal space. Good TV for the price.

This TV has lived up to the reviews I researched before choosing it. I am very pleased with the crisp color and the sound is equal to the old console TV that it replaced. It was easy to set up, too.

I had to replace a Samsung TV that went out in less than two years. The two brands that I always go for are LG and Samsung. The picture on this LG TV is crisp and clear. Vibrant. It is easy to use and logs onto the WiFi without a problem. I have yet to lose connection to my WiFi like I did with my Samsung. The apps are easy to find and download. The TV tells you when there is an update. Its just so simple to use and its enjoyable to watch.

We got this LG TV after we got its bigger 75" brother LG UJ6470. This smaller 43" version has a lot of things going for it. Pros: - The panel is excellent for its price - Colors are very well represented. Depending on the setting they can be made extremely true to life. - This TV does not have the nasty local dimming feature at all. It is a blessing in disguise since LG does not know how to implement that feature in their panels at all. - The sound coming out of the TV is decent for a TV its size. Cons: - The TV interface is extremely slow. It will literally take 4-5 seconds for the settings to come up after clicking the button.

Had this TV a month now and loving it! It replaced a 12 year old magnavox (which is still working, btw), so it's taken me a while to go through ALL the settings. We only use a rooftop antenna for air broadcasts and got almost twice the channels our old TV got. The sound is great - I always have the level set at 20 or less and it goes to 50. The picture is amazing! I was concerned at first since we only use an antenna but most everything we watch looks great. The only exception is a few really old shows, and the quality there is about what it was on our old TV. I have to say I think the Trumotion setting makes movies look horrible. That was the first thing I got turned off! I'm glad others had mentioned it in their reviews. I don't know why anyone would want that on. Ever. A big plus is the extra component/composite connections. It allowed us to more easily hook up some of our older components, like our VCR and CD player. A few people on here complained about the legs but I really don't know why. They look fine and are sturdy and stable. You do need to attach them with the provided screws. Overall, a great TV that we' very happy with.

I purchased this LG 43" 4k TV to replace a Samsung TV that was approx. only 3 1/2 yrs old when the Picture Screen Failed. I did have the BEST BUY 5 yr Warranty Thank Goodness!! I was very happy to get this LG TV as I was very disappointed after years of Samsung Products, this last Samsung TV failed so soon. So far the LG 4 k TV is Great!! I did have issues connecting the WiFi, looking into why?? Yes I got the 5 Yr Warranty!! ALWAYS get as much Warranty as possible to be covered. I hope this SMART TV works out. Picture when in 4K , is AMAZING!! The UP-SCALING of OLD TV Shows/Movies is GREAT!! I, so far, am delighted!! I DO NOT Like the Plastic Legs that are now common on newer modestly priced TV sets!! WHY did Companies do this?!! BAD Idea!! I do need to send for a New set of Plastic Stands , as advised by Sales person. The ones that came with the TV set need replaced, problem with 'Screws' not proper fit. Hopefully the LG Company will get these to me QUICKLY as I do not want to mount this TV on a wall yet. The BEST BUY Employees who helped me with my questions etc..were All EXCELLENT!! I will post a few Names if allowed , later, so certain Employees get recognition for going above and beyond to help me and keep me a Loyal BEST BUY Customer!!

I loved my LG 55-inch TV so much that I bought a smaller 43-inch LG television for my office. This smart TV has everything its big brother has -- built-in wifi, bluetooth, Netflix and Amazon, great picture and sound quality. The setup was easy as is the navigation of all its outstanding features. I don't pass out compliments easy but this TV deserves its 5-star rating.

This TV is a great choice for someone who wants a 4k TV but either can't afford a huge one, or in my case, doesn't have room for a 55'. Beautiful picture and sound and the connected functions are very easy to use. My only complaint is that when watching on vivid mode sometimes the white title will burn into the background for a few minutes. Hasn't stayed longer than 5 minutes, usually dissappears when picture changes.

We bought this for our summer home. No problems. Good sound and picture. Sufficient size for our small condo. Do wish the pedestal stands were available. Not only are the pedestals more sturdy, they allow for a larger tv. We originally bought the 50" but had to return it because the leg stands were set too far apart to fit on our tv cabinet. The 43" serves the purpose though.

I'd never had a smart TV and wasn't sure what I wanted in one--but this has been perfect. It's super light and just big enough for good clear viewing but doesn't take over my living room. The controls are easy. The only thing I don't like is that I wish I could set it to default to a particular app upon turning it on. Sometimes it makes this horrible static noise when I turn it on and we have to scramble to hit the 'home' key and select an app to make it stop.
