Beautiful picture. Very nice TV for the price. All the bells and whistles. Easy to use.

This tv was very easy to set up right out of the box. The picture and colors are very sharp. We also like small edges.

It's a good TV for a spare bedroom or exercise room. It has a decent picture for the price. I wouldn't expect much more at this price level. It's a good value at this price point.

I ultimately purchased this TV instead of another brand for two reasons. 1) Bluetooth and 2) smart home integration. I am disappointed on both fronts, and wish I had saved money by purchasing a Fire TV instead, as that probably at least integrates better into a smart home. If you are planning to buy this TV because it has Bluetooth, don't. It paired fine with both my Skullcandy and Zolo Liberty Plus headphones, but the audio is way out of sync, and the AV sync adjustment is disabled when paired to Bluetooth headphones. That's really unfortunate, because this TV's OS is based on Linux, and that problem has been fixed on Linux desktop and Android devices years ago. If an update fixes this, I'll update my review, but for now, this really upsets me. As for smart home integration... I'd call this "meh" at best. I don't have any other LG smart home devices, so I can't comment on ThinQ as a whole, but it doesn't work well with Google Home Assistant. To start with, my Google Home Mini cannot turn the TV on (it can turn it off though.) Once the TV is on, the built in Google Home Assistant in the remote is context locked to the app you are using. For instance, once I've opened Netflix, I can't turn out the lights, because it will search Netflix for "turn off the entryway lights." I was also unable to use my Google Home Mini to open Netflix on the TV, but that might be because the Home Mini was in the other room and my phone opened Netflix. Alexa integration is at least a little better. Alexa can at least turn the TV on. I was planning on using Google Home, but for this reason, I might purchase an Echo for the living room instead. I haven't explored using Alexa on the TV instead of Google Home Assistant yet. I'll try that next. Ultimately, I probably should have bought a cheaper TV and a Fire TV Cube or Chromecast. I didn't realize those could turn on and fully control a TV though HDMI CEC.

This is a great TV; however, I bought it on the premise that it would allow me to download the AT&T TV Now App (per the Best Buy Website Description). I ended up having to contact Best Buy letting them know that the website description was wrong and it was the main reason I purchased this TV over another one. I am, once again, displeased with Best Buy customer service. The in store associate was helpful - but, otherwise - disappointing. The TV is great though - very nice picture, great side angle viewing, many features. I would purchase this TV again; however, I am unhappy with Best Buy.

Light weight easy to move around and setup without help. Easy to use and navigate. Picture quality is excellent.

Been wanting a smart TV for quite a while LG is a excellent brand love the features n the quality of the picture is awesome. Will probably invest in a much larger size for the family room when we are ready to buy will stay with the LG brand. If you are in the market for a smart TV I highly recommend this one.

The lg is a good tv, it’s priced good,picture quality is nice , intuitive navigation through the menu.
