Upon receipt of product a bit dismayed to see a hole in the packaging that was about the size of a silver dollar in the middle of the container. However, upon opening there didn't appear to be damaged and is working better than expected.

Perfect for family that needed a new TV so I picked this up for them and they are overjoyed, and icing on the cake is they were able to connect their apple AirPods to the TV and no longer bother anyone with a loud television.

It's as crisp and colorful as TVs I have elsewhere in the house that are much larger. Off-axis viewing is even great. Such a great addition to our home.

Blown away from the graphics. The crew that set it up were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I have never been disappointed with the work and product Best Buy has provided.

Only issue is that when using the voice control on remote, I frequently get a message that it is unavailable. Takes a few minutes to be available so I have to go to channel guide to change channel.
