    After a year and a half when my son turned it on it had a shattered type pattern in the screen. But the actual screen has not a scratch dent or mark on it. I researched and this is a problem that they sometimes have. I bought the protection with it as well. And made sure to verify accidental damages were included on the geek squad protection, turns out it’s not. And I don’t even think it was damage due to anybody. I think it’s just a glitch that’s known to happen. If it weren’t for that it would get a fabulous review but I had to knock off on picture quality since obviously it has defects.

    The screen itself is amazing with bright colors and true resolution. The remote control is so confusing and touch sensitive that leads to frustration and is very annoying! Speakers are poor and volume on some apps need to be on full scale
