We love our new tv, the color is just beautiful and the customer service was great. As always, we order a different one but the was a problem with availability, and so we went back to the store and explained our situation and the took care of it immediately and made us happy. This is way we shop at Best Buy, they always take care of their customers and do whatever they can to satisfy us. this is why we keep going back. Thank you to the Moreno Valley location. We love you guys.

Okay so I purchased this because of its premium 4K resolution and on board technology. Technology including Nanocell from LG, direct lit backlighting, and HDR technology. I use this for my Xbox Series X so I can enjoy the detailed graphics. The sound and graphics is good but on the lower right above thr leg black displays lighter than the rest of the screen. I purchased a direct lit television because i wanted to avoid stuff like that. So I am kind of annoyed with that. Beyond that the quality is actually very good. The visual enhancement technology is great and would really shine eithout the light spot on the screen. I don't know what some reviewers mean by light flickering because i havent noticed that. I will include a pros and cons list for those who don't want to read this review. Pros: The included visual enhancement technology, Nanocell technology, HDR technology, and direct lit screen Audio quality Metal back plate on the TV instead of plastic Good price compared to other televisions on the market. Cons: Light spot noticeable on the lower right of the screen when displaying solid dark colors. The visual enhancement technology is less effective because of the light spot that is seen in dark colors.

Beautiful picture with this LG. We have other products and this continues our good feelings about the brand for TVs. The TV was easy to connect to our network and the individual app login was fairly smooth. I give this TV two thumbs up!

In addition to the low price when I purchased it, this TV-43 has a great picture image and I like the apps that come with it. The menu for apps is easy to navigate. It is easy to set up.

Best picture for me,and the money...Picked this up on sale to use with my xbox series x...with that being said it does not have Hdmi 2.1 or A 120 refresh rate but I am middle aged and half blind anyway so heck I cant tell... ...

Picture is awesome. Nice performance. Very poor selection of apps. Expect to have to purchase a Roku or firestick to get the apps you want.

Was highly preised by "Professional Reviewers". Hope they got good money for it. When I turned on this 43NANO75, 4K tv , I was shocked at the Lousy picture quality. In STANDART setting, white people have brownish tint to them. All people have shining reflections from their faces as if they were greased and light was bouncing off. Every day for 2 weeks I was making ajustments and could no get good picture. Only VIVID setting has a decent picture. Adjusting colors is complicated and takes time to learn the process. Fine tuning colors is hard because the tile to make changes is barely visible. Upgrading software did not make any difference. LG wants me schedule a Repair time to check-out the TV. I bought this tv use it not to repair it. I'm not bring anybody to my house, escecially at this time. I agree with another reviewer, look at other brands at half the price.

What you need to know. This is an IPS panel TV (google it). Its bright, clear, has great menus, and has Apple Air play where you can stream anything from your iPhone directly to it. Netflix looks amazing on this, just change the picture setting to "vivid" for an awesome viewing experience! For TV speakers, the sound is quite good, even at higher volumes. I have this in my bedroom and cannot be happier! Surprisingly, Best buy was not the cheapest... but of course they price matched saving me $70! Go for it!

Replaced TCL that only lasted 8 months with LG NanoCell. So far very happy with LG. Good color and sharpness. Easy to navigate.

Our second LG the other about 6 yrs old. This is for our remodeled bedroom. The picture is spectacular, sound quality does not disappoint. I considered several 43" Samsung and other LG's the sales person at BB convinced us with the Nano cell glad we listened. picture great out of the box installed by self. Buy it. Only have been in room for one week.

This is a replacement for a 40-inch television. So far, the television is providing an amazing experience. Using the various settings, the picture and sound can meet one's particular preferences. My wife and I recommend this television to others.

Very satisfied with my new television. Excellent picture and all aspects of this smart TV are user friendly. I am not tech savvy, but I am able to operate all features of this smart tv.

Really nice picture on my LG-43" NanoCell Smart TV. I love the pointer on the remote, so much quicker than having to move and select every letter, etc. of your logins!!

We seldom watch TV but when we do, we like to enjoy our experience. And this what this TV brings to us. The screen is very impressive for viewing. It’s just perfect for the size of our master’s bedroom. It comes with a lot of free channels as well. I can watch bloomberg now for updates with stocks!

The picture on this TV is excellent. I didn't like the LG OS however. I tried it for a while but went back to using a Chromecast with Google TV. You can set the TV to always go to a certain HDMI port when powered on, so the experience is quite seamless.

This tv is a monster. Great sound and great pic and user interface is easy to use without a manual. Would buy again
