Every now and then when I move TV slightly the video comes back on. As soon as I turn off tv and i am unable to get it to come on again. Per best buy too late to return to store so I will start the warranty service process...I doubt that will go well but hope to be surprised

Poor design

Set it up and it was a disaster! This model is much more thicker than my Samsung TV in the living room. The stands don’t secure very well to the TV, so it began to topple over. I caught the TV before it could hit the floor. Apparently, the way I had grabbed the TV resulted in a cracked screen. I’ll be returning it tomorrow and get a different brand/model.

Would not recommend. Too Dark

It's very dark in comparison to my last tv i had. I have already messed with the settings and it has not helped. If you set it too bright the qualt of the video goes down dramatically. I owned an insgnia 4k tv that was 4 years old that was better than this. Overall would not recommend.

Wireless will not connect

Certainly not worth the effort. 2.5 hours on telephone. Teck could not figure it out nor could the supervisor. Just plain terrible instructions. Like Greek changed to Spanish and then Chineses and finally English. Nothing works. Took it back. Pure junk

Busted TV, No Refund

When you try to reconnect it will search but nothing will show up. Restart the TV, turn off/on the wifi will not help.

I will say that at first the screen is a little white but once you configure your settings it beautiful. The remote is similar to a Magic Mouse for a iMac and take a bit to get used too. If you are a gamer put the tv to vivid mode especially if your a COD fan! Overall great buy!! (This is my first LG usually I’m a Samsung guy)

Ease of setup - difficult, instructions are vague. Took quite a while Not very happy with audio quality. Tried multiple settings. Had better sound on my old LG TV that died after only 6 yrs. Would like to see better instructions provided with product especially when using apps.

With our smart TV I can drop my cable bill and actually can enjoy what my television was meant to be. I can just use my cell phone and have many optional options. A good size to put on my fireplace
