As I walk across the room in front of the TV, I see three shades of light on the screen. One side (left) is light, the middle screen darker, and the other side (right) is annoyingly bright. I use vivid picture mode while sitting directly in front of the TV. While this mode is better than standard picture mode, the overall experience is still subpar. Just as another customer observed, I noticed black people look white and white people look ghostly! I normally watch tv from the kitchen while cooking, but the picture is worst from here! I started with the 50 inch tv and returned it for the 43. I soon realized a larger size LG tv doesn't mean quality. Bests Buy salesmen and installers suggested the problem is Edge vs Direct lighting, and suggested I consider a pricey Sony (with full array). Note: According to your website, they are NOT! I've owned LG before and never had to buy another company's product for quality! I've been to the store three times already and must return again! You visit the store and see perfect TV screens, and get home, and have second rate products and excuses. What happened to LG and Best Buy? --- I'm happy to share pictures (cell phone) but having trouble changing the file format.
