The salesman was the greatest and I cannot be more happier with this model. No issues whatsoever… Just a great TV set and a beautiful picture.

It’s extremely slow to open any app like Netflix or YouTube. I had to buy a Roku device just to be able to watch movies and shows. A big disappointment.
