We just purchased the TV and right out the box it just randomly disconnects from WiFi. Also the OS is very slow.

You Want a PhD to Use This TV.

The TV does not serve you; you have to serve it. What was the simplest function on my old smart TV is now an aggravation of a maze of multiple menu steps. There are so many needless esoteric setting choices that "regular folks" become lost. The "Magic Remote" DOES NOT HAVE >, ||, <<, and >> buttons for streaming! I had to keep my old remote to be able to perform those actions. Voice recognition cannot recognize my voice. WebOS cannot load PBS Kids beyond 6 seconds. A TV purist may get off on taming this set, but I do not enjoy it.
