Super happy with this TV. Image quality and sound are excellent. I'm still learning all the features. I was ecstatic to learn it has a built in web browser which allows me to view programs that are not available through my TV provider. I've also always had excellent experiences with every LG product I've owned. I don't think I could have done better for quality and price. I recommend this TV to everyone.

Easy to set up. Color is vibrant. Good size for a bedroom or office. We have it set up in a loft area.

This TV has awesome picture quality and easy to use.

Good image quality for money but the vaunted AI features interrupt more often than improve the audiovisuals. On too many occasions the AI gets confused with dark scenes in particular and starts guessing incorrectly on how to improve the image by putting nonexistent extra “things” in black areas, or extending colors to the point of annoying color banding disco lights all over the screen. The AI sound interpretation usually focuses on dialogue and tries desperately to quiet any loud sounds (gunfire, explosions) via turning them into tinny messes of sound. Do the usual thing with new television setup and TURN ALL OF IT OFF. It defaults to midrange DNR and motion interpolation to destroy every bit of media it processes into smeary and overly softened trash. The only good setting is the Director Mode.

I'm just getting use to the features on this LG UHD AI 4K. The price was good for me. The size matched my tabletop perfect. I wish the commercials would have automatic lower volume.

For the price, it's a pretty decent television sleek and slim in design and very clear picture with deep blacks and vibrant colors, movies, and shows look great. The sound is a bit shallow with the built in speakers but is no problem with a soundbar. Only real negative is its a bit slow. Overall recommended.

This TV is excellent. Very vibrant colors are good, not too heavy, and the picture quality is fantastic. Highly recommend.

For the money the image quality is great!. I cannot tell if it is WebOS or if it is low quality processors, but the "Smart" part of the TV is super slow and very clunky. If you are using the monitor as a screen for something else like Roku, Firestick, or playback, it cannot be beat for the price. If you need the Smart TV functionality, you will be happier with another brand

TV has great factory sound. Picture quality is great also. The picture is so very clear i thought i was looking at shows using AI.

Nice quality for a low cost 4K TV. The TV has a good picture quality and descent response time. Setup is easy if you’re familiar with the LG interface. Gives you lots of options with built in apps and still has multiple HDMIs for other devices.

Despite urban myth thta smaller size TVs lack up to date technology and are inferior quality, thus tv bucks that criticism. it has very bright screen brightness and colr, elimanates much off the reflection with new screen design abd supposedly good for gamerds but not use for that ourpose. Plus, Best Buy had a big sale with more than $100 off the list price. whatrs not to like.

So far excellent TV that works as expected. Picture is pretty good and webos is responsive enough for now

Recently purchased online, an LG - 43” Class UA7000 Series LED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV from Best Buy. The customer service experience was excellent, the TV was ready for pickup when we arrived, and we were back on our way home in no time at all. The TV itself works great! Crystal clear picture and brightness, and great sound!
