    The Sales person who took care of me (forgot name, sorry!) was very courteous, friendly, outgoing, and very respectful with me. He gave me more information than what I expected, answered all my questions without hesitating, and gave me a "tour" of all the TV's in the store. He made sure I was happy and satisfied. THANKS.
