    Slow in getting assistance while shopping for a tv. Then when checking out was told if we sign up for the Best Buy credit card, that we would get 10% off our tv purchase. That was false info because we did not receive 10% off our tv purchase that day. I would not have signed up for the card otherwise so felt a little deceived.
