First-time buyer of an LG TV. Easiest TV I have setup ever. The picture is clear and crisp but what we noticed most was the sound quality. I am hard of hearing, so the sound quality is important. We mounted it on the wall, which worked out well because the TV is very lightweight. This is a very nice TV at an excellent price from BestBuy.

The set-up was easy. The TV has a very clear and excellent picture during the day, evening, and night, and the remote control is user-friendly and easy to use. The clarity of the sound without external speakers is amazing. There's no need to hook up additional speakers because the sound will surround you as long as the room isn't too big. Before purchasing any TV, make sure it matches the room size.

I purchased this item a few months ago from the outlet store. The price was right. I was hesitant that when I taken it out of the box and hooked it up, it will not work. I was wrong. The picture is sharp as well as the accessibility to the other apps. I love this very much. Will be purchasing another one for the living room. Great Smart TV. I would recommend this to my friends

Excellent picture on the tv. Very easy to setup and start using. The only hard part is physically handling the tv in the vertical position which it must be handle to keep from damaging the screen. The other issue is laying the tv on a flat surface to install tv wall mount bracket since you have to very carefully on handling the tv with out touching the screen while moving the tv from the vertical to the horizon.

Easy to set up. Very light weight and easy to lift into an armoire. Picture is good.

BUT almost too many options of apps. Gone are the days of turning on a TV, and selecting a desired channel... now you have to root around for an app with the programs you want, untill you want change the channel or desire a program and have to find a new a different app. I use an antenna, and naturally get about 40 channels clearly. ______ Surprise, LG throws in about 100+ free channels... NOTE: broadcast/quality varys, mostly not great quality with B-rated programs, filmography, and clarity... but Ive got like 5+ free cooking channels, 5+ travel channels, a few that display actual film of beautiful views with relaxing music, several channels devoted to re-runs sitcoms, Hallmark-like movie channels though not stuff you'd ever pay to watch (free is ok, on a rainy day, when you're not well), several stand up comedy channels, a group of sports channels (fingerscrossed that football is excitingly worth watching on tv if not in-person in 2021)... etc. The LG sponsored commercials that cut in randomly to the programs are sometimes LOOOOUD, and always, always, always (did I say always) annoyingly repetitive.... but free. The Mute button on the remote should be easier to find. Bought on sale - enhances value score.

Great picture, size, price, extra LG Channels, and ease of use!

This TV is great! Not only does it have a great 4K 60Hz (With TruMotion Enhancing 4K 120Hz) Display, but is is really easy to set up. I can very quickly and conveniently switch between applications such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ because of LG's great webOS, and all of this is for a great price. I am especially excited to see how this TV will look while playing games on the Playstation 5 once it releases in November, because Playstation 4 games already look great on this TV.

Bought an open-box certified excellent condition - overall not worth the slight discount. The TV itself is great (intuitive UI, excellent picture, excellent sound), and while unpacking I almost didn't notice that it was an open-box version. But after unpacking everything I realized that the user manual and base stand screws were missing. If something as essential as TV stand screws were missing out of the certified excellent open-box, I can't imagine what could be wrong with the less-than-excellent versions. Honestly just go for brand new if you can.

I absolutely love this television that I had purchased from Best Buy.com I had originally purchased one on Walmart and actually it was a gift so the TV was broken and the return process was a struggle at Walmart so I went to Best Buy.com and found this wonderful TV it was exactly the same same brand but cheaper who would’ve thought! I am so pleasantly content with the television it has all the greatest gadgets and functions that even smart phones have today but in the comfort of my own TV it’s great I would purchase this as a gift for somebody but I can’t afford it but it’s a really affordable television I just don’t make that much money but it’s a bargain if you see it at a lower price than it is normally advertised that’s for sure those are just fax Anyways I’ve had it for like maybe a month now and it’s just better than that Roku garbage that no one can figure out how to use anyways only thing I can complain about is that when I plugged it in it had to do a bunch of updates before I could even use the darn thing also just a sidenote if you have those LED color changing lights in your room with the remote to change them I believe they work on the same frequencies so make sure you have the light remote beside you when you’re flipping through those channels and for that reason I’m leaving it four out of five stars

Store associate was great and I'm so happy he suggested this model. Set up was easy, only hiccup was not knowing how to get the keyboard to come up to enter the zip code. I called LG directly (found a support number online) and they helped. The TV is perfect for steaming, no loading delays. Great quality image and sound. Perfect size for us; love it.

Just picked this up. Mostly great things once you set it up to your preferences. Its actually really good out the box. Gamers is very good as well. Netflix was a welcome surprise because some stuff look bad on netflix and needs settings changed. Only gripe was the lack of a light on the remote which can be frustrating but not a deal breaker for me.

So far it works fairly well. I had to reset one time, maybe I did something. The picture is working better again. I just have a rabbit ear tv antenna so likely is much better with cable or other tv. I am happy with it. The quality and picture is pretty good and there are several options for picture and sound quality. Had some trouble hooking up an old DVD player but my newer one with hdmi cable is fine. It has many options for internet but I don’t have internet so not sure how those are but looks very promising. It is wobbly on the stand and saw in YouTube video that’s how it is. So I put something on it to stabilize it a little more. So far that’s my one complaint.

Impressive picture quality. Excellent price point. Easy to set up.
