When hooked to Cable I have no problems but when I switch to other apps I have a terrible time getting back to cable. The Manuel was useless for help and finally figured how to reset to factory settings and only use for cable. LG app wants to dominate. Went back to Best Buy and they don’t have this TV set up on internet to assist us.

Good TV for Price

This is our bedroom TV and it works very well with our Cable TV subscription as will as the Amazon Prime and other "extras." Only possible issue/complaint is NOT an LQ problem; the main Cable TV Subscription does not make it easy to access Amazon, Disney+, Netflix, etc (dah, they want you only to use their services). The LG remote does make it easy to access all however.

I Love LG!

We are never disappointed with the quality. Same with this television we actually have two of the same TV and the picture quality is excellent it’s easy to navigate through the smart features and very quick access to the apps such as YouTube which is what we use the most. Also easy to navigate through settings

The 4K is excellent but the smart tv is lacking

The picture is amazing and for playing games on my Xbox Series S its undeniably the best tv under $300. However, if you are going to use the smart tv functionality, don't! It's very buggy when scrolling though applications and the interface is confusing. I would recommend picking up a Fire TV stick 4K if you need the smart tv functionality. Overall, very happy with the TV and you should be too!
