This LG t.v. Is total quality. Superior picture, excellent sound quality, and very easy to set up. The size is perfect for the space we had to set up the t.v. We also appreciated the exceptional customer service we received from Best Buy.

The tv itself, is really good. Great pic! But I own 3 LG's. So I am a fan. But the remote control is AWEFUL. So bad if I still had time to return it, I would. We use it in the bedroom and I cannot even figure out how to control the volume without turning on a light. All my other controls I know it by touch.

Easy to set up and program. Great picture quality. If I could change one thing it would be the remote….it should be backlit. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

I had to get a new tv when my old one quit working with the HDMI connections. It was the perfect size and easy to set up on the tv stand I have. I had no problems connecting my cable and dvd/vcr player (with an adapter). I am so happy that with this tv I only have to use my cable remote instead of having to use both the tv and cable remote as I had to do on the one that I had to replace.

My old 46 Samsung died and ordered this as a replacement. It is a fraction of the thickness and weight! Which was a total bonus. Quick n Easy setup. Had to play with the colors to get them where I like them. It was darker than I like out of the box, but easily adjusted. I really like how quick it was to setup, hook up a Blu-Ray player and watch a movie without having to do some crappy setup for Smart Features.

I was a little concerned about how the picture wld look when compared to the lg oled I had just bought for my bedroom. This was going in my bar area so i wanted it to look at least decent. I was pleasantly surprised at the picture quality! The colors and sharpness were not quite oled quality, but definitely no slouch! Stood up very well to my high expectations of picture quality! Very satisfied with my purchase!

Love this purchase. The pic is clear, easy to navigate, works perfect for my bedroom as a second tv. The only gripe I have is that when I purchased this unit, I let the salesperson talk me into a Roku. When I set the TV up, it did EVERYTHING a Roku could do WITHOUT the Roku LOL.... so of coarse I brought the Roku back...but the salesperson either was just trying to get more money out of me, or didn't know his stuff. ) :

This LG UHD TV was selected for use in our guest bedroom. The Geek Squad (Josh) delivered, installed wall mount device, and setup the TV flawlessly! The picture and color contrast is good--as is the sound quality! Although we seldom use the remote providedby LG, it would be more user friendly if the buttons were backlit. For the price point, we consider this TV to be a good value!

I’ve had this 43” TV for about a month and I love it. The picture is amazing and the sound quality exceeded my expectations. I’ve had no issues with LG’s webOS. My only complaint is with the remote. It’s small, the buttons are too close together, and it isn’t backlit. I gave it a chance, but I just purchased a backlit universal remote control.

I love my TV. I wanted a TV for a small room. I had a 50 inch TV but it was actually too large for the smaller space. The43” is just right. The picture is sharpe,clear and well lit even for my poor eyesight. It’s also a Smart TV 4K like the larger one so there are lots of channels and services to choose from

This device was very simple to set up. I do wish I would have known that it does not come with the Magic Remote which is needed to utilize the Alexa function. Therefore, if you are wanting to use the built in Alexa feature, you better ask a Best Buy associate for the Magic Remote. I mounted this to the wall and the TV is very lightweight. I love the free LG channels. Its as good as having cable without all of the commercials!

I was looking for a smart tv for my guest room, and found this tv for like 20 bucks more than 32" tvs from other brands so I decided to go for it. Great picture (black levels could be better) , the webos interface is alright, remote is okay but hard to use in the dark because it isn't backlit. Overall can't complain for the price

I am very happy with this purchase. I like the LG brand; I have a larger TV in my living room but also wanted one for my bed a little smaller and this one is perfect. The picture quality is excellent too. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t find how to add CC to the screen but other than that, I like it very much.

Great price for the quality, vibrant colors and screen mirroring is a plus. Two negatives that doesn’t bother me due to price, the refresh rate and the OS is lacking. But if it did those things well, it wouldn’t be this affordable.
