    The sales person was very helpful in discussing the options and quality of each tv. The person who set up the tv in my home was very good and helpful making sure I understood how to use the Smart TV. I would give both of these people a 10 for their knowledge and helpfulness. I am enjoying my new tv. It was a good choice.
