The person who set up the tv in my home was very good and helpful making sure I understood how to use the Smart TV. I would give both of these people a 10 for their knowledge and helpfulness. I am enjoying my new tv. It was a good choice.

Drives me insane to use

Picture and sound seem just fine, but the smartTV setup is super irritating and 95% of the time it powers on to a fuzzy screen with loud static sound instead of the home screen. The remote is oddly set up and isn’t user-friendly either. Will be taking back.

It is not the same quality as the higher-end models. Clumsy operating system, Cheal plastic feet screw in with great difficulty and are easy to strip. Returned for a comparable Samsung for a little more $ and so glad I did.

The onl one in stock in the same price range was the LG43" which turns out to be almost as good ! I liked the center stand and picture clarity/sharpness of the Samsung, but this is real close. I bought a longer warrantee so this one wont quit as soon.

I tried to compare prices and Best Buy still had a better price. I would like to see more coverage for the protection plan, as well as a chance to continue the protection plan after its expiration date. I did feel like the sales representative all were very busy assisting other customers, but they eventually came to hep. I will be back to the store and enjoyed my visit.
