However, BestBuy info said 4 HDMI ports and they were only 2, plus it was supposed to have a voice-activated remote, which it doesn't.

I will never buy a floor model again

Never again will I do that. All the online searches give instructions for some other model. What I see on screen and how my remote looks is completely different. I cannot get out of the demo "store" mode. I will have to call the store on this one.

So many features to choose from. 3 HDMI ports are just the right amount for a TV this size. The Brightness starts out way too bright, but can easily be adjusted from the many preset video tuning features. Recommended for gaming and streaming services.

It has a voice assisted setup and is very interactive and helpful. The color is excellent and the remote is easy to understand. I watched it for two hours and am very happy with it (so far).

I love all the connectivity features it has including apple airplay and compatibility with Amazon Alexa. When it comes to quality it’s the best TV I’ve had it’s neat, bright, and sharp colors.
