Loved the onscreen setup options - use the remote or do it through my phone. The steps were easy to understand and graphics were great. Very lightweight and sound is perfect for my fitness/workout area.

Great tv. Wonderful picture. Love all the pre- installed apps. Takes some getting used to navigating the menus for adjusting pic and audio but once I did it a few times it gets much easier.

This is not the first LG we have purchased. When you find a brand that doesn't disappoint, you stay with it. Sound, picture, ease of use --- this brand delivers. Colors are true. Price is great.

The TV is ok... the picture is good and sound is better than my previous TV.
May purchase sound bar later if necessary.
Disappointed with the remote... buttons are smaller and the functions, particularly the GUIDE/Info, are not as nice as the Samsung I previously owned.

This is my first 4k tv and there is no turning back. Bought this tv for my PS5 and I see no issues. The remote and on screen dashboard take some getting used to, but I'm good.

LG has always been my favorite television brand. The OS is easy to use, as is the remote. The color is great and the sound is good for a set top. This smaller tv is perfect for their sunroom.

Nice TV doesn’t have smart cast

Nice TV has a good picture and get sound. We wanted a smart TV to replace an older TV that we had so we could cast MLB network from our phone to the TV and we thought this would work but this TV has airplay but not smart cast so I would not recommend this TV if you want to be able to cast to the TV from your phone as it will not work.

We bought our TV several months ago. I really wanted to buy a Samsung, but they were out of stock so I settled for an LG - we have other LG devices in our home that we are happy with and I (wrongly) assumed that quality would extend to TVs. In retrospect, I almost wish I had been more patient.
The first problem is that the WebOS on this LG TV is so primitive that it cannot access fairly basic streaming services. For example, I cannot access PBS or PBS Passport, or the streaming service of a nearby broadcast channel we like to watch for local news. I can painlessly get these on a Samsung dumb TV in another room that is equipped with a Roku. Why should I have to purchase an aftermarket accessory to use streaming services that should be available with the software in a smart TV? This is something that LG should be able to fix with a firmware upgrade - and hopefully that will be done very soon.
Second problem is that the design of the remote is dreadful. It is too small, with too many buttons squeezed into the small space and no tactile differentiation between them. There are symbols silkscreened onto the buttons, but I can't read them without turning on a bright light because the remote and all its buttons are all the same color (black). I may be forced to purchase an aftermarket replacement remote because the remove that came with the TV is so bad.

Great TV. The system takes a moment to get used to, especially after having used roku for so long. I will say I bought this tv to watch the free channels and the Xumo system is absolutely terrible. I wish I would have done more research on that. But the tv looks great and is easy enough to use. Not sure why it’s so slow though to change channels or click through things. Not returning because returning anything in NYC is a hassle. Wish it was cheaper.

A very good picture and sound. However, the remote is too small and not finger recognizable so difficult to make changes in the dark or poor lighting. Fingers cannot distinguish buttons. I would prefer the same size screen upgraded LG LED.

Guys, I use a lot of TV's for monitor in our computer workstation setups. Not all monitors work well as computer screens, so you do have to shop this stuff around. I have found that the LG family line has be consistent in providing clear resolution and colors. Again.. even in the same family brand this may not be the case, and price is NOT an indicator of better picture. This model with a good HDMI cable (Be Clue Here Guys), will provide a very satisfactory experience.
