The initial TV that was installed had a major issue and was inoperable, but the tech was awesome and did everything he could - was incredibly nice and made my parents feel very comfortable and continued to also keep me in the loop. He also made me feel comfortable that the issue with the 1st TV was a fluke. The replacement is working great. The sound quality is awesome - even my hearing impaired parents can hear it well.

I bought this 43” for my Kids to have in their Den. 4K picture, snd fast response times using the Remote Control is awesome. Plus, the best part about is the Apps it comes with such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, & loads more to install.

Great TV for bedroom

When we first set this tv up, I was really disappointed with the picture, the one in the popped, and then we discovered "picture mode", and it was set on standard. Played with multiple settings and now the picture is outstanding- great colors. I would buy again! Sound is good, but with sound bar WAY better.

It has a very sharp color picture, and I all the other features it has like Netflix. Pluto tv, and other apps as well. Great tv .I really like it a lot. I would buy another one when I need to.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PICTURE is the primary measuring stick, to judge satisfaction, and ultimately I gave it 5 stars (especially considering this was substantially under a $500 tv price), I say I ultimately did because at the beginning it did NOT have very good picture at all. After a few online updates, and unplugging an older PS3 (which might have had handshake issues with latest protection HDMI connection )

We know it’s a good brand & feel confident in its reliability. It has a good quality picture — vibrant color & brightness.

I use Roof "OVER THE AIR ANTENNA" to receive Signals for ALL 35+ BROADCAST TV CHANNELS: BASICS AVAILABLE TO USE: 3 PBS, 3 NBC, 5 ABC, CBS + 31.2 & 31. 3, FOX CHANNELS + many others also.

Needs a remote finder just like all tvs. I’m not the biggest fan of the stand legs hand to make an extension sine it’s not a center stand piece but two leg pieces located to out portion of the tv.
