    Wonderful, friendly, and very knowledgeable salesperson, he even went out of his way to locate the TV. He even took the time to explain the new technology with TVs, the man should recieve the award. Best Bu you hire great people!

    The delivery and the tv were great. Afterwards it took forever to get help in using it Frustrated!!! There was parroting sound voice to the sound like if it was for a non hearing person. Wasn’t audible at all and didn’t know how to get it gone

    This model was available to be viewed at the local outlet so what was to be viewed had been experienced prior to purchase so there were no surprises. Installation and set up were relatively simple and after several weeks of use no disappointments have emerged except perhaps the sound quality which may be more the result of cable/internet than the device itself.
