Installation and set up were relatively simple and after several weeks of use no disappointments have emerged except perhaps the sound quality which may be more the result of cable/internet than the device itself.

Afterwards it took forever to get help in using it Frustrated!!! There was parroting sound voice to the sound like if it was for a non hearing person. Wasn’t audible at all and didn’t know how to get it gone

I have to many times turn my surround system on for it to go to cable. Other than that, I like it

I don’t know if it’s just me but the audio from the tv isn’t as strong as i expected it to be. However, it was such a major upgrade from the Samsung tv I had.
