This TV was bought to replace a Vizio that was still working as a gift to my wife. After 40 days the TV started making a noise like a bomb. Best Buy was called for service but they referred us directly to LG. They tried to make a relationship but the TV turned on the next day. After another week the TV just turned off and didn't want to turn on. Called for another claim. This time there was a service report that could not be done after 2 weeks due to lack of repair parts. LG has given us a credit of the cost plus 10% without covering the $85.00 extended warranty for 5 years. They write me a credit supposedly to Best Buy but they can't find the credit they say they have never done. The store called LG and I had the manager talk to them and they couldn't come to an agreement on how to apply that credit for a new LG TV. Tomorrow 2/5/24 I will call again if there is any luck.

No problem with Best Buy. LG tv has upgraded my viewing quality (good definition, color, remote has many features that I would have to pay extra for) and even improved the look of my den! I am not a high tech person, but even I could get the tv up and running. Kudos! Will be back for more products! I loved the curbside pickup. Quick and efficient. They verified I was the customer when other stores are lax about identification. I give BBand LG a 10!

The sound in a large room is not very good as expected so if you like great sound you will need a soundbar or speakers. But the picture for a high quality TV is excellent.

My Third LG and It Won’t Be The Last

Once again the advice I received from my Best Buy Geek Squad specialist was perfect. She is unbelievably smart and credible. I trust her implicitly, I feel as if I have purchased quality at a great price.
