This one sounds like a piece of plastic is stuck in the fan blades. Will not be buying another LG window A/C, which is disappointing. I've never had trouble with LG brand A/C until this year.

It came with a large dent in the back out of the box as if it had been dropped. I wouldof returned it but it was soo hott i had to settle. 400$ unit

I bought one a couple years ago and was so happy I bought this as a second one. The one in the living room works fabulously this one cannot even cool or do anything. I think the machine is defective. Now I will have to get rid of it and buy another one to replace this garbage unit. Will never buy from lg again not reliable.

Best Buy and lg never let’s you know about this, lg says they about to change labels to state this, but no one is willing to fix or take this special ac back
