Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It does suck allot of juice for being 110, had a, heavy guage wires, female connector melt; the garage i used it in had lights flickering (try to get this thing on an independent-ish breaker if you can); and it had trouble getting a 380 sq-ft appartment cool (but that mightve been just the high ceiling in the living room). It kicks really cold air though and it is high quality

WIFI app works great. Easy to get it to work with Alexa. Only down side is it seem you can only turn it on and off with Alexa, no way to switch modes, speeds or timers. I just set up routines for different times. Other then that a solid unit.

I have used it several times now for when the temps are low. I will not know about the A/C though until some hotter days this summer. Easy to use.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a 2rd try to get one of these that actually worked or didnt come damaged it has completely lived up to my expectation of cooling a 10x32 trailer very well in addition to the trailer unit cools down fast!3 star quality because of the products clearly sent damaged and one I belive was used just by the packaging and the squeeling noise it made and compressor not working until it tried multiple times to get going finally breaking itself in but im sure it drew a ton of amps.

The auto drain also did not work when in heat mode but I was willing to deal with that. Would not recommend

Posted .If you are experiencing too much noise, this indicates poor installation. To prevent the vibration and noise, you need to make sure that the unit is secure and firmly in place and cannot move by touch. Also you want to make sure that the window sash seals are the proper length and are attached to the top and bottom of the window frame. ^Jennifer

Unfortunately it is out of warranty and will not cool or heat and a technician is $250 to look at it and a minimum estimated cost of $600 to repair.

Quiet but broke after 2 seasons

The warranty only lasts 1 year, so I decided to open it up and see if I could see anything wrong. Looks like the radiator rusted at one of the seams and the refrigerant leaked out. It was great while it worked, and pretty quiet, but for this price I would expect to be able to use it for more than 2 seasons.
